Description of Work: The painter charged me another one hundred dollars because he said that the rooms were so large. He also did not paint the ceilings, told me I should have checked the small print. |The two rooms he painted were the kitchen, whose floor space is somewhat large because it includes a eating area BUT, all four walls are completely taken up with windows, dooways, cabinets, wooden wall dividers .. two walls were 95% cabinets and windows, the other two wall had a wee bit more wall space but STILL dominated by doorways, appliance placements and more cabinetry. | |The living room also, has two very large doorways, one very large window and one wall not did not have it's wall space taken up with woodwork and doorways and window. Again, the ceiling was not included in the painting project. | |I should have protested the extra $100.00 he charged, I'm still angry with myself for letting this take place. | |Diane Asmus | |Although I marked May as the time this painting took place, I am not exactly sure but I do have a record if an exact time is needed.

(THAT GUY RUINED OUR DECK BY PAINTING IT RATHER THAN STAINING.) IF YOU TRIED OUT A BRUSH OF CLASS YEARS AGO AND HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, GIVE JAMIE A CHANCE...IT'S NOT THE SAME GUY.
Description of Work: JAMIE HAS DONE THE EXTERIOR PAINTING ON OUR HOUSE A COUPLE OF TIMES. WHILE OUR HOUSE IS STUCCO, THERE IS A GOOD DEAL OF EXTERIOR CEDAR TRIM AND A LARGE DECK.

+ -1 moreJAMIE MILLER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALL AND SHOWED UP ON TIME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HIS ESTIMATE WAS REASONABLE TO REPAINT ALL THE EXTERIOR WOOD TRIM ON A TWO STORY STUCCO AND BRICK HOUSE. THEY STARTED THE JOB WHEN JAMIE SAID THEY WOULD, AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. JAMIE AND CHARLIE WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY NEAT PAINTERS.

Description of Work: SCRAPE AND REPAINT OF WOOD SIDING AND GARAGE, WHICH WAS IN VERY DISTRESSED CONDITION WHEN WE PURCHASED THE HOME (WHICH WAS BUILT IN 1923).
