They arrived on time was very professional and explained things well. Very friendly and customer oriented.

The work was fine. I had a problem that I contacted him and I left a voicemail but I never heard from him. I thought that it was really odd that he didn't return my call. I don't know what was going on. The work was fine. I had no problem at all. Before he was always saying that he will be there and he was there when he said he will be. His price was reasonable.

Their salesman came and fixed the spring for free. We asked the cost of a door, and he showed us the options. We elected to up-grade the windows for appearance. He was the nicest salesman we have ever encountered on any matter. In fact, he did not "sell" us, he simply let us buy. Overall a great experience.

Very good, we agreed on the price, he gave me a 10 year guarantee.

I always request that providers let me know when they are there since I work nights and sleep days. They didn't do that and they started to work. The equipment including the garage door opener they gave us was outdated, non functional, and previously used. I tried to get ahold of them for 2 months and was told they would come out but they never did. They were negligent with their work and tried to cut corners.

The story did not go well. First, I called the telephone number from your website (440-799-6519). That was not the number for Adam's Door Service. Instead, it was the phone number for one of Angie's List's competitors. A company called ServiceMagic. They said that they rate companies, just like you do, but do not charge. They said that Adam's Door Service was well rated. ServiceMagic called Adam's and left a message. Adam came to our house that afternoon. He pointed to a bracket that he said was corroded. He said that the wooden door was old and was about to fall apart soon. He said that door should be replaced, a cost of about $500. Then he said that if we were replacing one door, for cosmetic reasons, we should probably replace both doors. It would look odd to have one new door and one old one. So that meant $1,000. He gave us a brochure and described some of the different kinds of doors. Then he left. I went back to Angie's List because we decided to get a 2nd opinion. I noticed the name of Del's Garage Doors on your list, and remembered that they had installed one of our two door openers about 8 years ago. So I called Del's. They came out and fixed the problem for a lot less than $1,000. (I wrote a separate report for Del's). P.S. The correct phone number for Adam's Door Service is 440-735-1231.

He was very responsive and punctual. He came out and fixed what needed to be fixed but the price was too expensive.

They got the work completed in less than 24 hours. He is very quick and I was amazed. He cleaned up everything and took it away. He was the nicest guy in the world. He was very easy to work with. He is the only one I would use for a garage door.
