I hired True Tile to rebuild my shower after having to tear it up to fix an unrelated issue, and I'm very happy with the results - it's probably the nicest shower I've ever set foot in! I had initially requested different tiles for the floor and the wall, and a stripe of the floor tile along the wall. My wife and I then picked out a pebble tile for the floor without remembering the stripe. They brought it up and said that it might not be what I was initially thinking of but they could still make it work and look good. I told them to go ahead, and I'm glad I did: they cut a groves edge into the square wall tiles above and below the stripe to match the groves in the pebble tile. It's a big hard to describe, but the end result looks really good and very unique. There was one delay when part of the tile we ordered arrived in the wrong color, but I have a second shower so it wasn't a real problem for me. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with, patient with me making several changes and additions, upfront with the cost and how changes would affect it, and, most importantly, their work was superb: clean, thorough, detailed, and clearly very high quality.
