This was something they offered at the time of the first appointment. Great customer service!

We had a stack of old firewood that was near the house. When moving it we noticed insects in some of the wood with sawdust nearby. We were concerned that it might be termites. The Bug a Boo representative showed up on time and looked at the situation and assured us that it was not termites and that it appeared to some sort of ant (I don't recall exactly what she said). Bottom line is that we had nothing to be concerned about. She appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I have a need for extermination services.

The service was pretty good. It was fair and on time. I think that they're reasonably priced. I didn't have termites, so I can't say if they cure that particular problem.

THEY ARE JUST A REALLY GOOD COMPANY. I'VE HAD THREE HOUSES, AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANYBODY ELSE FOR THE JOB. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND GOOD PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT BOTHERSOME WHEN THEY COME TO SPRAY EITHER.
