Description of Work: Had drain problems in basement. Needed a new outdoor valve installed.

Description of Work: Excellent work from start to finish. Actually started in February with cracked and leaking soil pipe we found out. Called after hours and the owner hooked up with their on call plumber, Steve, and he promptly arrived. After a few hours, the leak was confirmed and the next day did a temporary fix until major work on outside of house could allow getting to replacing pipe in months to come after winter. June arrived and getting to problem it was discovered that ALL the pipes and drains were shot in our old home and a major project was begun to replace everything. With the aid of a contractor(Sutton Construction) we ended up in the bathroom with all new supply lines, drains, soil pipe and toilet, shower/tub....not to mention a new faucet set and disposal in the kitchen. Extra hours were spent when needed to get us back to a working bathroom. Everything was cleaned up and we are extremely happy every time they help us. Although we have not gotten the bill, pending insurance paying for some, they are worth the money.
