+ -1 moreWhen we decided to have Stan install our new phone system, he was here the day he said he would be. Every piece of equipment was installed and operational, the server was properly configured and a new business-class router was installed. There were a few pieces of equipment that I had not specifically ordered but Stan provided at no additional cost: when Stan prices a job, it's for the whole thing, no hidden charges! Some of the original equipment has had to be replaced because it was not what was needed, but Stan did not charge extra to get us the right equipment and today the whole system works great!
Description of Work: Stan Braxton was recommended by a business consultant. When we called him, he answered our questions thoroughly and did everything he could to help us make our decision. While there have been problems o overcome, many of those problems were not Stan's and he has spent his own money to solve those problems. Very tenacious and professional.
