Description of Work: Completely remodeled bathroom. Replaced tub and tile, added cabinets and new counter top and sink, repaired floor and leak in kitchen ceiling, new ceramic tile floor, removed old medicine cabinet, added new tri-view, new light bar, replaced exhaust fan and toilet. Painted room. |It went very well. Rip had great suggestions. The ShowPlace cabinets and the molding he added are beautiful. He was on time, the cost was a little lower than his estimate.

+ -1 moreThe whole process went well - from ordering the cabinets to installation. He kept me updated everyday about what would be worked on the next day. It really helped me know when to get items out of the old cabinets and when I could start putting back.
Description of Work: Rip installed new kitchen cabinets. His suggestions for the layout were great. The molding he added gave the cabinets a very finished look. I would never have thought of on our own. Our old cabinets did not go to the ceiling but to a sofit. The new cabinets went to the ceiling. There was a lot of work, as he ran into plumbing & heating that needed to be rerouted. He added more outlets, where needed, moved appliances & sink to enhance the whole kitchen. He is an artist. His workmanship is very good.

+ -1 moreJob went well. Rip was coordinating two jobs, so our job was started, then paused while waiting for some of our materials arrived and he worked on other project. He kept us informed of schedule and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was also working around our being in and out of town. He helped with design aspects of the remodel and recommended a cabinet supplier that offered a variety of products at a decent price. Also recommended tile and quartz suppliers who were good, reputable, and reasonably priced. There was an issue with a subcontractor that was resolved quickly and professionally, without delaying our job considerably.
Description of Work: We did a complete remodel of bathroom, including the removal of a wall opening up two small spaces into one larger space. Rip also moved a doorway to the hallway from the location the wall that separated the outer vanity from the rest of the bathroom. Removal of two vanities, toilet, tub and surround. Installation of new fixtures, large linen cabinet with drawers, vanity with quartz top, new ceiling lighting (two new fixtures where none previously existed) and replacement exhaust fan, new tub with ceramic walls and ceramic flooring. Installation of ceramic was subcontracted. Job was quoted time and materials because of unknown factors with removal of wall. The price stated includes materials and labor.
