PRO-ONE FLOOR CARE

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not only is Larry a terrible business owner he is a mean person. His crew did less work than what we paid for. We were not satisfied with the initial results. We asked Larry to meet us to review the current results and discuss what we would like improved for the final portion of our job before having any more work done. Larry blew off meeting us to review. He then conveniently cancelled the rest of our job. When we called out his unprofessionalism and the fact that we overpaid for the initial work his response was threatening and insulting. The owner came to my parents' house to take measurements and give an estimate for the job. Pro-One's estimate was the third one we got and it was the lowest price, so we made an appointment for them to do the work. They were delayed a couple of days because one of their machines broke down on a job immediately before ours and the needed part to repair their machine had to be shipped. Once they came, everything went like clockwork. They removed the carpet, sanded the floor, and provided the first coat of polish the first day. They put on a second coat the second day and the job was done. The floor looks beautiful and is much easier to walk on for my elderly parents.

$1146.00/ 3.82 per sq ft. He claimed that his system was totally dust-free. I found that hard to believe but he was right! The only dust we could see after he sanded was a little bit that was stuck to people'e shoes and had tracked to the carpet. Easily swept up. Everything he said about how our floor would look and what to expect was spot on. He put on 3 coats of finish, one the first day after the sanding and two the second. He also told us how to take care of it, including what products to avoid. He wanted no money up front and we did not have to sign a contract. My wife is so happy with the floors she can hardly stop talking about it. I don't have a single negative thing to say about Pro-One Floor Care. They deserve the highest recommendation.

This company was the most professional, polite and on schedule that we have ever worked with. The quality of the work is exceptional and I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to work with them in our home. I've already referred them to 3 friends! Will never use anyone else!

Pro-one Floor Care When they came out the man was very professional, he had a measuring thing, another man came out and he didn't even have a measuring thing. They did all of our wood floors. They did a nice job. He had some problems about getting some supplies in, but as far as being courteous and doing a good job, they did good. There was a problem about getting things done when they were supposed to, but sometimes you have problems getting supplies in. This was a few years go maybe two years ago, 2010. It was probably $2000 for both of them. They just sanded them and put stain. It was a repair and then they sanded and then they put a coating on them. There was some spots were an animal, we had carpet and it leaked down from the carpet. So the far was actually black, when they sanded it it came out, you can't even notice it. I would tell people to get them. They are good.

Our house was built in 1944 and the floors have been covered with carpet I am sure the whole time.We moved in here in 1973. We had a dog and a cat that did make messes and there were many dark spots. After one sanding the beautiful white oak floors showed up. After 3 coast of polyurethane, they are absolutly beautiful. There was the owner and one young boy and they knew their business! I was supprised at their short work day, usually 9am to 1pm. I would recommend them to anyone.
