They arrived on time on a very cold morning (14 degrees F) three days after pouring a 4and quot; concrete pad which I wanted installed. They pulled new a new high pressure line-set through a PVC conduit under the concrete slab of my Condominium and resealed the ends with insulation. They replaced the Evaporator coil inside the furnace and then discovered that the new coil connections were 3and quot; lower than the original. So they had to fabricate a replacement steel plate to make up the difference. they covered it with insulation and the special tape they use ($40 a roll). All the while trying to get done quickly to get heat back in my home once again! started the furnace up once everything was tested and sealed. They cut a new opening for a 2and quot; thick filter which I also wanted to double the filter capacity of the original installation. They filled the new unit with Nitrogen to test it for leaks. It passed then they removed the Nitrogen and refilled the unit with the new R410A refrigerant. Started the unit and tested everything for proper function. They cleaned up after themselves, wrote up the completed work sheet and presented me with all the information including model number, serial number and MFG numbers. They also advised me and made sure I understood that I had only 30 days to register the new unit to get the 10 year manufacturers warranty. Otherwise it dropped to a 5 year warranty. I made sure to register it on line that very evening. I think it took all of about 2 minutes to complete it. I would definitely recommend them again and I also intend to have them replace the furnace when the time comes.

We had to visits; the first was to diagnosis the problem; he did. He corrected the problem with a temporary fix and applied to the Home Warranty Company to get more repairs authorized. He arrived when he said he would, called with the information on the exact day promised, and had the system repaired as promised. Gave us other options and suggestions. No high pressure sales. Took the time to understand all needs, not just those he was there for.

They were very good. The guys name is Mike. Someone had told me that it would cost me $800 but that wasn't the case. They came couple of times and cleaned the system for me. He explained and showed me what was wrong with the system. He also educated me how to take care of the system from summer to winter. I really didn't know much about it. He explained what he was doing and what was wrong. I appreciated that. I would use them in the future for sure.
