+ -1 moreThe workers were very nice and the work was excellent and very reasonably priced! I will definitely be coming to them for my deck staining next summer.
Description of Work: I called and left a voicemail for a free estimate on a sunday and was called back Monday morning just to be informed that they would be out for the estimate within a few days. I came home Tuesday from work to the estimate in my mailbox and called them back and was put on the schedule for the following week.

+ -1 moreHe was supposed to PowerWash the house and fence and then stain the fence.
Description of Work: Our job proposal was on 7/13/12 and it took a month of phone calls back and forth, with his calls taking 4 days to return each time, before we finally got a service date out of him. The service date was supposed to be 8/16/12. We called him on Sun., 8/12 to let him know we picked up the stain and were ready to go and if there was any changes in the start date to let us know. We heard nothing. Then the night before he was supposed to start the job, we called him again to see if we were still on, and he never called back and did NOT show up the next day to start the job. To this date, we still have not heard from him (2 more weeks). We had heard from 2 of our relatives that he did great work, but you couldn't prove it by us! How much does it take to make a phone call? Very unprofessional! We wouldn't have cared if he'd told us he couldn't get to us til October, just give us something! And be honest! Show up when you tell the customer you're going to be there!
