+ 0 moreWe've used him for the last 6 or 7 years. He's worked on our dryer, washer, and dishwasher as well. He's a fair guy. If he has to come out and come back he only charges you one fee. He doesn't up sell you. He's always very friendly. There's never any pressure.

+ -1 moreMy Maytag neptune washer was leaking from underneath the unit. I needed a repairman ASAP. Al from A & W Appliances was recommended by a local company. He fixed my machine in one day. I am very grateful and would use this company again.
Description of Work: My Maytag Neptune washer was leaking from underneath the unit. Al from A & W Appliances was recommended by a local company. He returned my phone call within a few short hours, came out in the early afternoon, and assessed the problem. My machine needed a new boot or seal. The seal had a tear in it from wear and agitation over the years. He went all the way to Youngstown (from my house in Warren, OH) to get the new seal for my unit. He came back in the early evening and went to work. The machine works just fine.
