No more mold and the source of the mold an incorrectly venting bathroom exhaust was rerouted correctly through a goose neck vent via the roof.

Michael was professional, punctual, efficient. This project was completed while I was out of town, Michael did a great job of communicating progress and issues and sent me pictures along the way. Michael did a nice job of handling add-ons to the project and offer helpful suggestions along the way to make the finish product looking professional. This project required work on three levels of the house and some outside painting. The project was finished with in the agreed on time frame. The finishing work was well done and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Overall a great job. I would hire Michael again and would recommend him to others.

Team arrived in the morning and suited up and explained the process to me. They made sure the basement was sealed before they began the work. After they were done, they cleaned up the area and showed me the treated areas. It was an all day job but they kept it contained in the basement area and the results were great.
