Giant's Marble & Granite

I enjoyed working with Sinisa. He did a great job and explained everything to me regarding the material I chose.

Frustrating to work with Sinisa. Canceled appointments and was ALWAYS late. The last straw was 6 attempted contacts to get our rack for the bottom of the sink. He brought out the wrong size a few weeks after completing the job, Had to ask me to measure for the correct size. That was July 9. We offered to pick it up and still NO REPLY!! Unprofessional!. Verify all work and do not pay the balance due until ALL work is complete!

Sinisa does great work, our quartz countertops are absolutely gorgeous! He takes time to go over things and is very professional. We did not want to use a box store so we went with Giant. He called us back right away. Very happy with the results. Patience is key with the install. Thank you.

Sinisa did an excellent job. He was thorough from the start. Took extra time to explain the processâ from stone selection to pricing and installation. We LOVE our new granite countertops and highly recommend Giantâ s Marble and Granite.

Excellent work works in your time frame. He could have installed the first slab he recieved but it had a crack so he ordered another slab.

It has been over 6 weeks since we gave a 50% deposit. The work still isnt done. He said he would install last Saturday or Sunday. He texted us late Sunday morning saying he couldnt get it done. We said okay, lets do it Wednesday. We are out of town Monday and Tuesday. No response. We texted later Sunday saying lets make it 9 on Wednesday. We will see you then. No response. We called Tuesday night and left a voicemail saying my husband took the day off to be there when you come tomorrow. No response. He did not show up Wednesday and no contact. So now we are wondering if we are out $2,680 dollars and what action to take next. A very stressful experience with a lot of wasted time on our part. Sinisa did finally install the countertops and did a great job! They look fantastic. We just had a stressful experience with him because of several unfortunate events in his life, which caused delays and poor communication with us.

We are in love with our new countertops! Just be patient. Itâ s basically a one man team and he will respond!

Don't be in a hurry, be patient. Sanisa works very hard and he is worth the wait!

We were heading in the wrong direction with some other firms, then found Giant s on HomeAdvisor. The whole process was very easy and we ended up with a beautiful granite countertop

My counter top was finished as I wanted it. Most importantly, even though it was not a big job as I was put off by another company because it wasn't a big money maker, the effort was made to provide me with excellent service even though he was busy.

Fast, quality work, would tell everyone about them.

Very good overall experience with Giant s. They took the time to educate us on our options, communicated throughout the project, completed everything on schedule, and charged us exactly what he originally quoted. Would recommend to anyone.

I found him easy to work with. Going to D Old Warehouse to pick out the countertop was also a great experience. I would use him again. He is basically a "one man" operation so you are always dealing with the same person.

Just loved our installer, very nice young man and very dependable. Already have given out details to others. Everyone loves my new counters.
