Floors look very good. Crew was careful and professional with the installation. One toilet leaked after being reset and Floorz compensated us for having a professional plumber correct the problem.
Description of Work: Install tile floor in two upstairs bathrooms. Included pulling and resetting two toilets.

crew did a very careful job. took extra time to correct mistakes done by installers of previous floors; results look great.
Description of Work: take up old flooring in kitchen, powder room and laundry room; prepare floors for new flooring; install wood flooring in kitchen and powder room; install tile in laundry room.

It took them forever to come out and do the work. I wanted to flooring laid vertical to match what I had in another room. But they said it would be too hard to match and they could only lay it horizontal. That is what the recommended. So I did it but I really do not like it horizontal. Also the padding they used under the floor is not a good as what I have in my kitchen (a different installer did that room. He was much better but not doing floors anymore). Then they had to come out a second time because the floor was not even. It is better but still off. They said they could not make it any better. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: I had laminate floor installed in my den.

It is our mission to offer the best flooring and installation services in NE Ohio and it appears that you are not satisfied. I just noticed this on Angie's list and was never aware of there being any problems with the outcome until now. I proceeded to investigate this and my understanding is that we were given the wrong quantity by another party, so the order was short on product, and upon arrival there was a major dip in the floor in which we fixed at no additional Charge to you. I would also like to state that we offer many different qualities of padding to go under laminate floors and I am sorry that the one you chose did not meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with the floor please call me direct and I will do whatever it takes to assure your experience with Floorz is a great one and you are happy with your floor. THE INSTALLERS WERE WONDERFUL. THEY TOOK THE TIME WITH EVERYTHING. VERY GOOD WORK. I WOULD RECOMMAND THIS COMPANY. NICOLE FROM FLOORZ CAME OUT AND MEASURED OF HOW MUCH MATERIAL WOULD BE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. WORKED WITH US ON THE PRICE. COMPLETE PROJECT WENT SMOOTH. VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW FLOORS.
