DB Schiller LLC Home Improvement

We hired DB Schiller to replace new roof on sanctuary on Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church around 10/11/2013 (down payment had been made then). About 3 weeks after the roof was completed there was a bad leak on the roof in the sanctuary and we have had the leak ever since. They were supposed to come out and repair water damage on the wall caused by the leakage and they haven't done so as of today and there are still new leaks occurring. We have called his office and spoke with his secretary numerous times. She says he's not in the office and she will get in touch with him. If she doesn't answer, we leave voicemails which are not returned. When we do get in touch with David, his excuse is always that he is on the road and will call us back, but he never returns the call. We just spoke with David 12/7/15 and he was on the road again and said he would call back in a hour, but he did not. This is always the case when we reach out to him or his office. We also were informed that there was a lean against our church from ABC Supply Company due to DB Schiller not paying the bill. As of today we are unsure if that matter is resolved. We would just like to get this matter resolved and our roof and damages repaired at this point.

Wannis Allen from DB Schiller worked with me from start to finish. He worked diligently with the insurance agent to help obtain coverage for the damaged roof.He brought in his Amish crew in and they were done in less than a week.They used high quality G F Timberline Lifetime High Definition Shingles.Their craftsmanship was excellent.The roof looks perfect and the clean up was equally as good.I could not have asked for a better experience.
