 + -1 moreThey said not to mow the lawn because they will be out to do it before aerating. Well, they didn't show up for several weeks despite multiple calls. When they did show up, they cut it very short and scalped part of the lawn where I had to reseed it. They never did come back to aerate. I ended up renting the machine and doing it myself.

 + 0 moreDidn't go well as far as getting a quote. I have, heard from others who used their service, that they had a good experience. I based my overall rating on the fact that they came well-recommended even though it didn't work out for me.
Description of Work: The first summer I called, I never received a callback. The second summer I called, received a callback A MONTH LATER.
