It went well and the work fixed some ductwork while he was in there.

Exactly as promised, when promised, at promised price. I have used on other projects and have always been pleased with his service.

My home warranty connected me with Diamond Mechanical. My air conditioner was out in the hot part of July, and other AC companies had a prolonged wait time. Diamond was able to provide next day service. They were responsive and professional, arrived on time, and did a good job. The money I spent was for the mome warranty deductible, not the full price of the service call.

First, the mechanic was late by about an hour. Second, I told him that there were two problems with the AC unit. He only attended to one problem and left without doing anything with the other problem (I was absent-minded and forgot to remind him). A few days later, we found even the first problem still existed to a certain extent. I emailed him, he asked a question, and then never responded to my further inquiry.

Very well. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and accomplished what was needed at a very reasonable price. And he came on the weekend!

Mike did an excellent job in installing the gas lines to the furnace and installing the shut off valves. .I researched several plumbers to learn many do not install gas lines. The gas was originally turned off by the gas company as I had a gas line leak, Mike was very prompt as he gave me a specific time and I did not have to wait around in a block of time for the appointment, he was able to accommodate a late appointment which was very much appreciated. Mike was very professional and responsive, the gas to the house was turned off for several days in search for a plummer who worked on gas, in order to expeditiously get the gas back on Mike went to Lowes to get parts needed rather than wait and order parts. He used a coleman gauge to check for leaks to make sure all was okay after he completed his work. When the gas co returned the next day all was approved and the gas was promptly turned back on. Overall, Mike did an excellent job which was approved by the gas company the next day. Good Job!

Jeremiah arrived in timely manner and fixed water heater in minimum time. Very professional.

They were very good, and straight forward with everything. He is always very helpful.

The service turned out fine. It took three days for them come out and replace the water heater. They were hired through our home warranty company.

The guy there is excellent. He is good at what he does and the price is reasonable.

The guy did a great job. He did not have the part that day but he was able to do the service the next day. The guy was nice to work with and I would use them again.

Jeremiah called me to confirm he was assigned the work. He came out as scheduled, confirmed the tank was rusted and under warranty, removed the tank, and scheduled to come out in 2 days with a new tank. He came back with the new tank as scheduled. It was the exact same brand and model as the old one which meant that all the fittings and attachements would match and there would be no additional costs to retrofit anything. He was polite, cognizant to bring his own boot coverings so as not to dirty my floors, took care to clean up after himself (he actually cleaned up better than it was before he arrived), made sure that he explained what he was doing and why, was very carefull to comply with codes while still not doing anything that would cost me more money.He made me aware of somethings I may want to consider in the future. Total cost for the project he told me was zero. AHS would cover the cost. I should mention that I had another company assigned to do the work first (and quot;A Water Solutionand quot;) who had originally installed the tank. They came out saw the job, said they were going to do it, then later called me to tell me that they had asked that it get assigned to someone else. Clearly they chose not to address the job they had done 3 years earlier (why I do not know). On the other hand Diamond Mechanical which had nothing to do with the original job stepped up to take care of it regardless that iot was not his original installation. Kudos to you for being a professional.

Jeremiah came out exactly as scheduled, installed the valve at the Hot Water heater tank, and then rerouted the shower plumbing behind the sheetrock (which was exposed in the back because it backed up to the unfinished part of the basement and easily accessible). He was polite, took care to clean up after himself, and provided good value for the work performed. Total cost for the project was $150 for parts and labor.
