Great job. Quick, diagnosed the problem, placed the new memory cards in the computer and tested it. In and out in a half hour, Suggested upgrade to operating system which I could install and told me to call them if I had any questions after the upgrade. Would use them again in a minute!

I was referred to Elan Technologies by an Apple Store representative after the hard drive in my iMac crashed. The Apple guy told me that Elan would be cheaper and would do a great job. He was 100% correct. We also needed to have our data recovered, which they completed with perfect success. The final bill was lower than the estimate. They bundled the new hard drive (which had much higher capacity than my former one) with the data recovery services for a very low price. I was extremely impressed by their service and the reasonable cost of the bill considering the amount of recovery work that they performed. I would take any computer there again with no hesitation. My only caveat is that the work was done well over a year ago, and I have had no other need for repairs since then, so I just have to assume that they have continued their great work.

My Mac Mini wouldn't boot up. I took it to the Genius at the Easton Apple Store, who said the hard drive had died. They had a 10-day repair time, so referred me to Elan Technologies in Gahanna. Elan diagnosed the problem as a corrupt directory and I was able to pick up the CPU the next day. I was incredibly relieved to learn that I hadn't lost all my documents. On the technician's advice, I bought an external hard drive to back up my hard drive. They were pleasant, professional, quick and knowledgeable. I will certainly use them again if I have a computer problem.

Finding someone who works on Macs and Apple products is challenging. I tried to install the Snow Leopard Operating System and didn't have enough memory to do it. In consulting the Apple website for certified Apple repair/service specialists, Elan Technologies came up. I called them the morning of December 30th, and explained the situation. They had the RAM in stock that was compatible with my machine so I took my computer over to them. They had the new RAM installed within 20 minutes! They work on all Apple products except the first generation iPhone.
