Description of Work: If you are looking for windows, look no further. I talked to six different companies and Dan Wolt and Zen Windows is different. Different in such a positive way. From the moment we met Dan, he was all about making our experience positive. Anytime you decide to make a big investment in your home, you want to work with someone who understands your concerns and potential apprehension. Dan met every concern I had with the investment head on, no hard sell, just the offer to help us in any way his company could. This is the way home improvement should be done. On to the install. After taking three months to decide, Dan treated us just the same. Not upset we took a long time to decide but happy to help us in any way he could. The seven people we interacted with for the measuring and install were great. Any time you invite total strangers into your home you do so with a bit of concern. The install crew were awesome. They explained exactly what they intended to do upon arrival and move expeditiously through the install phase. They respected our personal property and communicated through out the day. A truly great team with each member knowing their role and worked well together ("a well oiled machine"). We ate lunch with the work crew in our kitchen and they were straight back to work. Years of experience and they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. The owner called upon completion to make sure and guarantee our happiness. What more could we ask for? Our home is 61 years old and had the original anderson windows. Zen replaced them with a very high end replacement that makes our home look awesome. If you need windows, please consider Dan and Zen. Our experience was 10 X better than I could have hoped.
