They were phenomenal, from Dan the owner to Bill the production manager and the most amazing crew of Ricky, Nathan and Nathan. Dan was gracious to gove me multiple quotes and answer numerous questions and he even stopped by my house on the last day of install to see how everything was going, he was just pure class and with NO high pressure sales tactics at all. Bill was great as well to explain how everything would go, how long it would take and gave us everything we asked for. But as great as these guys were the install crew was the best possible experience. Ricky, Nate and Nate were courteous and professional and cleaned up everything great. Ricky was just amazing and even joked with my kids a little about how the windows were installed. This is a top notch group who I will constantly sing their praises for many years to come and will only use them in the future for any window or door projects. If you are looking to have your windows replaced, you MUST USE ZEN WINDOWS, THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I almost forgot, the windows are absolutely awesome. We didnt want to cover them up, my wife even said she noticed a noise reduction the first day we had them in and she usually doesnt care about stuff like that. Amazing crew and Amazing product, I cant say enough.

It was a pleasure working with this company. I had them out to replace all of our first floor windows and a patio door last summer. All went well and I had them back to do all the upstairs windows this spring. A repeat customer is the best compliment, right? I like their business model - Dan doesn't waste your time or his on a multi-hour sale pitch. This allows him to offer quality windows at a competitive price. He emails the pertinent information and let's you do your research and come to a decision on your terms. Just as important as a good business model is having quality people on the team. Bruce and Russ were the primary install guys on our projects and they had loads of experience. Russ has a great eye for detail and showed a lot of pride in his craft. After I mentioned that the patio door they installed the prior summer wasn't quite latching right, he stayed late (on a Friday no less) after the window install was finished to get the latch working correctly. From top to bottom, they are a solid company and I don't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Dan Wolt and his company Zen Windows are a top shelf service provider. Their prices were competitive and the service and installation were excellent. They honor their estimate, complete the job quickly, and provide a quality product. They even fixed an existing sliding door that was very much out of alignment. The installation crew were two very friendly and talented guys that did an excellent job. I would completely recommend them without hesitation. I really wish I could hire them for other (non-window/door) projects!

This is truly a "virtual" window installation company. Fast online quotes. No agonizing 2 hour in home presentation. Honest and fair pricing. Quality product. Complete access to the company owner by email or telephone. No deposit or payment required to place order. I agreed to purchase 9 custom double pane windows. Received a prompt call from the Installation Manager to set up a 15 minute appointment for measurements. Within 3 weeks, the windows were installed by one of the most professional and courteous crews I've ever experienced. The windows look great. If you want a quick and painless experience with a professional organization, Zen Windows is the way to go. Why can't more home improvement contractors follow the Zen Windows model?

By far the best company I have hired for ANY project. Dan is very responsive and answered my calls/sent me information while he was out of the country on vacation, and didn't pressure me into a sale. He simply provides you with the information you need to make a great choice. The price for the windows and installation was not a penny more than what he told me they'd be, and the price does not change whether I choose to install one window a year, or all at once. Fantastic company that deserves your business.

Installation was amazing in the sense that they did everything they committed to do, when they said they would do it, and more. Purchase was frictionless, wait time for the custom windows was only a few weeks, and installation was rapid. These days, we probably don't expect flawless service, even though we should. Zen's service was flawless.

" 5 1/2 stars " to Zen. 1 year ago I hired them to replace 17 windows and the front door in my home. I would not even consider anyone else to do the most recent replacements after that pleasant experience !! Top quality brand windows with a "rock solid warranty ". Super experienced & professional crew of installers. Very reasonable price. Dan Wolt will not request a cent of your money UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE ! He has successfully eliminated the middle man "salesperson" and thusly can compete well in this market. A window replacement remodeling job is a 2 part endeavor. You not only have to do your research and locate a quality window manufacturer, but equally important is locating an installer that truly knows his profession. One without the other and you are throwing your money down the drain. Zen has a very refreshing business concept. You simply cannot possibly go wrong in dealing with this business as I see it.

Just had 10 windows replaced by Zen Windows ([*** Link removed ***] Went to the website and requested a quote. Quote was based on the number of windows - all triple paned. Recieved brochures, recommendations, online videos, etc. Never had a salesman come to the house and no pressure. Agreed to the quote via email and the installation manager came by a couple of days later and took measurements. No down payment and payment isn't due after the windows are installed. Window size didn't matter on price as long as they are under a certain number of inches measured all around. 2 weeks later I got a call to schedule the install. My old metal framed windows had been liquid nailed in and were a bear to get out and some minor drywall damage resulted. Also, the old wood around the outside of the windows was bad and had to be replaced. No change to the price due to any of that and they're sending a drywall guy to do the repair. Lifetime warranty. They look great and the noise reduction, heat reduction, etc. is amazing. Great buying experience and would recommend to anyone looking at new windows.

Zen was fabulous. Very easy process from front to back. Got the quick over the phone quote in about 10 minutes. Windows are triple pane and of very good quality. The install team was done in 1 day, very nice and hard working. Really, I don't think the process could have been more painless.

Magnificent Repeat Performance By Zen ! I challenge anyone to find a more reputable contractor installing top quality windows and doors than the folks @ Zen. Dan Wolt, quickly removes any reservations that you may harbor by not requesting a single cent of your money until the job is completed to your total satisfaction. No "hard sell techniques". No "sales gimmicks". No salesperson will be required to enter your home. ( The added expense of a middleman representative is unnecessary in his business model and his pricing reflects this fact ) . The Installation Foreman will meet with you to double check measurements, explain the process and answer your questions. HOW REFRESHING IS THIS ?? Bruce, his foreman, is a very detailed , "do it once and do it right " sort of fellow. He is deserving of the title of "craftsman". Zen installed 17 windows into my home earlier this year and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the SoftLite windows nor the attention paid to the workmanship involved in installing them. It was only natural that I turned to them for a quote for my new front door / sidelights. I realized that it would be a very demanding installation due to the restrictive nature of the doors location within my home. I solicited several other quotations that proved higher than Zen's. It was an easy choice to chose Zen once again. HOME RUN #2 !! I have performed contractual service work in the facilities of several large, top-line door manufacturers in both the U.S. and Canada. I am most familiar with their varied construction materials and assembly techniques. These Zen doors by SoftLite are beautifully detailed, built like a brick outhouse in regards to security concerns and as weather resistant as I have ever encountered.
