Jack was amazing and very patient with me. I had several old computers and hard drives that I wanted to consolidate onto one external drive. He spent a great deal of time working with me and making sure the data was organized and easy for me to find once he was completed. I would definitely hire him again!

I was scheduled for very soon after my call to this company and the service appointment went very well. Kaz of Zen Computers fixed a simple problem with my surround sound. I am happy with Zen Computer's work and plan to use this company again when needed.

This young man was on time for the job. We had a replacement soundbar to attach to a large TV on the wall. We'd had some issues with our ability to route non-TV cable sound (e.g. Netflix and Spotify) through the old soundbar. Jack was great. He did the job well and, when we asked, consolidated how we accessed these features. He tested everything and showed us how to use the new set-up. He's a friendly young guy and knows his stuff.

He was prompt to answer a call when I had a little problem after the repair service.

Jack, the technician was prompt, checked the home entertainment unit and found the problem. I agreed it had to be replaced. He accompanied me to Best Buy, we picked out a sound bar, and he installed it and reprogrammed my universal remote. All is well, the sound is great, and I'll have him back if/when needed.
