+ -1 moreWHEN REMOVING THE WATER HEATER HE GOUGED MY VINYL FLOOR, PUT A HAND PRINT ON THE WALL AND TRACKED DIRT THROUGH MY HOUSE. WHEN THE BUYER INTERESTED IN MY HOME HAD IT INSPECTED THE INSPECTOR DETECTED A SMALL GAS LEAK AT THE WATER HEATER.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE HOT WATER TANK.

+ -1 moreALTHOUGH VERY NICE, THE WORKER'S EYES WERE BLOOD-SHOT, HE STAGGERED DOWN THE STAIRS AND SMELLED. HE SNAKED OUT THE SECONDARY LINE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. THEY SENT THE SAME GUY I COMPLAINED ABOUT TWO DAYS LATER AND HE LEFT A NOTE THAT HE WAS HERE. I HAVE THREE DOGS AND SHOULD HAVE HEARD HIM. I REFUSED THEIR OFFER FOR MORE SERVICE.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS WORKING WITH SEARS TO INSTALL A NEW WATER HEATER I HAD BOUGHT. SINCE THEY WERE ALREADY HERE I ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT A LEAKY FAUCET. THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME A $75 SERVICE CALL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALREADY HERE. THE REPAIRS COST ABOUT $4. DIDNT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES ALL THAT WELL AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX SOMETHING.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY WORK FOR YOU AND NOT THEMSELVES. I FOUND A 10 DOLLAR OFF COUPON A WEEK AFTER I USED THEM AND I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT AND THEY GAVE ME 10 DOLLARS. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
