Description of Work: I contacted several agencies in the area in search of someone to do a pin survey so we could know where the property lines were when we put in a fence. We have decided to put this off for a while due to flooding in the area, so the work was never performed for us. However, the customer service rep who answered the phone was very polite and friendly and offered to put together a quote for us and send it out via email by the next business day, which she followed through on as promised. | |At the time, I believe they were busy and the wait would be 7 to 15 days for the actual work to be performed, but that was acceptable for us. The price was a little shocking for a pin survey, but I'm unsure if this is industry standard because no other place of business would answer the phone, return our call, or provide us with a quote. Had we decided to go forward with the fence, XYZ Survey Service would have been the company we would have used, hands-down simply based on their customer service.

Description of Work: Unfortunately I was unable to use XYZ. My contractor wanted to get things underway and found a survey co. that could come sooner. BUT, my interaction with these folks was really wonderful. The CEO answered the phone and talked me through several possibilities, explained things with wonderful patience, and was so incredibly responsive and helpful, that I would definitely recommend them. I WISH I'd been able to use them. And I will hope to work with them in future!

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A SECOND GENERATION SURVEY COMPANY. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CONSCIENTIOUS. I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND HE WAS THE FIRST WE LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THAT RESPONDED. THE WORK HE DID WAS FOR TWO BOUNDARIES THAT WERE OBVIOUS, THE THIRD WAS A LITTLE HARDER THE FOURTH TOOK A LOT OF WORK. HE HAD TO USE A LOT OF EQUIPMENT AND CUT THROUGH SOME BUSHES. HE CONFIRMED THE OTHER BOUNDARY MARKERS THAT WERE ALREADY IN PLACE AND ADDED FOUR MORE. THE BASE CHARGE WAS $250 AND THE TOTAL CAME TO $275. I FELT CONFIDENT HIS WORK IS ACCURATE.
