He doesnt return calls when you are calling to complain about a project you are not happy with to find out why. He does not care about customer satisfaction. When the work is not done right he will not call back to find out why it is wrong.

We recently purchased a computer and laptop from another vendor who essentially set up both and said goodbye. We were barely able to use it as it was configured and the vendor said he would show us how...for a price. Brian came to our house, set up both so that we could use them again.
