Description of Work: This is the fourth time in the last 6 weeks that my service has been down. After the first outage, a service rep came and replaced my media gateway. After that, my VOD stopped working. Next time I got a service rep out, he replaced some outside connections which did not help. He then replaced the media gateway for a second time, which meant I lost my existing and future scheduled recordings again. That was 10 days ago, and the service is out again tonight. unfortunately, other providers have worse reviews on Angie's list than WOW does! Is there a decent internet and cable provider anywhere in central Ohio?

Description of Work: This is our first experience with Wow, so they came to hook us up to provide internet. We had read a lot about their service, so we knew exactly what we needed and wanted. We bought our own modem, cable wire for inside the house, and wireless router. They came and connected us while replacing an old outside wire (from a previous customer over 15 years ago). The installer was helpful and courteous. There was no charge for the connection and rewiring. |We will be paying for the internet service on a monthly basis. The service will be faster and cheaper than what we were paying through AT&T.

Description of Work: earlier in the week we had no cable svc. a call resulted in restoration. a few days later,somehow we lost cable channels & high definition to our TV's. the help desk guided us for part of the restoration & he did the rest..we don't know why these 2 separate tv interruptions occurred. we were either asleep at night or gone. It's inconvenient. Each technician was friendly & helpful.
