+ -1 moreThe service man was very pleasant and professional but simply could not fix the problem.
Description of Work: My shower was leaking badly. The cieling in the basement was ruined and I was getting puddles on the basement rug after every shower. The man who came to look at it said it was caused by splash back onto the fixtures but was not sure if he could fix it. He put some caulk around but said that the work would not be guaranteed. It did not fix the problem, so I will have to pay another plumber another service call fee to see if they can fix it. For now I put a shower curtain hanging in front of the fixtures in the shower and am having no leaking problems. I don't understand why this problem could not be fixed. Based on what he was saying it sounded like I simply would not be able to use the shower if I don't want any leaking. I think that's rediculous! Somebody should be able to figure out how to fix it and I believe I should not have to pay for another service call to have someone do so.

+ -1 moreIt went very well although I thought the price was a bit high. One plus was that when I went to install the fixtures after tiling the shower and couldn't get them to fit right, I called them and the person who privided the original estimate came out and told me what I was doing wrong. It was almost a year later, way past the warenty period, and he didn't charge me.
Description of Work: I had them install a shower pan where there used to be a bath tub and move the bathtub on/off valve up for just a shower.

Description of Work: Went to Worly for advice after my pipes froze in -12 degree weather this January. They gave me step by step information on what to do. They had me bring in some parts which they checked to make sure they were not damaged. Walked me through the whole situation and I ended up without any damage. Oh yeah, and no charge for the advice. Great people to have nearby.

+ -1 moreAlthough we didn't use Worley, the selection was very good and Cindy, the sales associate who walked us through the showroom, could not have been more helpful. We really quizzed Cindy about the merits of different toilets and the flushing ability. We wanted a brushed nickel look rather than chrome, and Cindy made sure they would have it available when we wanted delivery. Cindy was kind enough to call us on several occasions to make sure we knew they would be happy to provide all the items on our ''wish list''. We didn't use Worley, because we found the same items at the Great Indoors during a special sale.
Description of Work: We were looking for a toilet, sink, and other accessories for our bathroom remodeling project.
