Randy called me to let me know he was on his way and then arrived promptly. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He cleaned the windows expertly. He was highly recommended by another service provider and he delivered as promised. I will definitely call him again.

When we requested the work, they responded quickly and set a mutually acceptable date. Workers arrived on time, walked the house with us to review the job, and promptly began work. They asked numerous times throughout the project if we felt the cleaned windows met our expectations. Workers were friendly and professional. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again.

I really didn't know what to expect but Window Genie exceeded any expectations I may have had by far! From the beginning they were totally professional, called for the appointment, made follow-up calls to confirm and showed up on time with a call shortly before arriving. The windows in my house are not the easiest to access due to issues with the screens, not to mention height on the second story. Randy and Michael went above and beyond just washing windows and cleaning screens and sills, both from the ouside of the house and the inside, but also offered helpful advice and ideas for solving some of the fit issues of the screens. Randy even fixed a spring on a window that I could no longer open! They worked very efficiently, logically, and were friendly and helpful. The windows have not been this clean since we moved in 15 years ago! What a difference this makes. Delightful.

Awesome service as always. Joe and his crew do a fantastic job every time they clean our windows. We have a huge 2 story house and every window sparkles! The foyer chandelier looks new! I would recommend Window Genie of Columbus West!

Wonderful experience from the first contact through finished work. They responded quickly and professionally regarding estimates. Prices were good. They were prompt, courteous, quick. Did a beautiful job. Went above and beyond to clear vegetation (NOT part of the estimate) in order to properly power wash the walkway. Windows sparkle, white vinyl siding is now white again. I will definitely use them again and will recommend to others.

I only wish I had started using Window Genie sooner! I contacted them to help me get my house ready to sell because my realtor said one of the most important aspects of the home is shiny clear windows. This is by far the best job any company has done cleaning our windows. They were prompt, pleasant and hard working. We have high, low and hard to reach windows. They did not fuss or fight about any work.

I called in early May to get an idea of pricing and scheduling availability. Joe returned my call within 20 minutes and provided cost estimates. Spring is a very busy time for window cleaning companies so I was expecting an immediate appointment and was interested in scheduling later in May. Joe was able to accommodate my requested time frame (3 weeks out). Joe arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early), was very personable and very professional. He did a great job on the windows and the other items. We had had some work done inside that left a fine layer of dust on the chandelier, etc. so everything was dirtier than you'd normally expect. Joe was very thorough and made sure I inspected his work before he climbed down from the ladder. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely call them the next time.

It was scheduled 10 days from receiving our quote. Randy was on-time and the job completed in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. He used a soft, absorbent tool to wash the window surface with soap & water, then squeegeed it and dried the edges with a soft rag. The quality was excellent. He was very friendly and professional.

Joe and Randy did a great job cleaning our windows. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years, so were pretty filthy. They look absolutely amazing now! Joe and Randy took out the glass storm panel on each and every window, cleaned inside and out, and cleaned the sills. There was no residual mess and everything looks perfect! Joe and Randy were extremely personable and arrived at 9am sharp, when they said they would. While the overall price tag was a bit high, it was worth it. I highly recommend their services.

They guys were super responsive and had a quote to me within 24 hours of my request. They did a great job and everything looks soo clean! Not their fault at all, but as luck would have it the day they came was rainy which was too bad. Nonetheless they did a great job for a reasonable price (which includes tax). I will be calling them again!

Randy was exactly on time - extremely polite and courteous. He cleaned 18 windows, inside and out. He took off his shoes before he came into the house. I had not known how to remove the window screens - he showed me the procedure, made sure I understood how to do it, but then took out and installed them throughout the house for me. I will definitely use Window Genie again and I will ask for Randy. He did a great job. It is amazing how good clean windows make the whole house look!
