It was a GREAT experience. Our windows had not been cleaned in more than a few years. We have an old German Village home with rather large windows. Randy arrived on time (he even called a few minutes before) and went right to work. He was pleasant and diligent. Our windows have NEVER looked so good. Sometimes I look at them and get a little startled because it doesn't even look like there is glass in them. I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them. THANKS RANDY AND WINDOW GENIE. You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this service several times and, as usual, the work was done extremely well. I will definitely go back to him in the future.

Very smoothly and methodically. He called us on his way here, when he arrived we counted the windows together, and he explained pricing system. He did the job as unobtrusively as possible. He was professional and answered all our questions.

I was mostly satisfied with the service but I noticed in the afternoon sun that my large living room palladian (sp?) window was streaky. They were very friendly and prompt. The did a good job. I don't have any complaints about them.

My husband was at the house during the window cleaning process and he said It went very well. We have a lot of windows so had to pay more than the "big deal" price, but we expected that. It was very nice to come home from work and find clean windows/screens.

He gave us a heads up call 15 min before arriving, which is always appreciated. We discussed which windows and doors needed cleaning and he performed all work brilliantly. The cleaning was thorough and there was no leftover mess. I would definitely utilize his service again.

Ralph came on time. He was well prepared to work. When he was finished, we examined each window and marked each paine that needs repair. He made certain that the work was satisfactory. In fact, he exceeded them.

Randy showed up on time and was completely professional throughout the entire job. He respected my house and was very conscious of his work. He offered us good tips about some issues with our windows and took pride in his work. I will definitely call them for the next window cleaning. He did a great job on the windows and screens!

We bought our house in August and noticed how filthy the windows were. Found a coupon on Angie's List in March for $99 for 15 windows and bought it. Randy with Window Genie came out and together we walked around and showed him all that we wanted cleaned. He told me that after 15 windows it would be $8 per extra window and we had 6 extra we wanted to clean. He went right to work. He cleaned the outside and inside plus the screens. When it was all said and done he went the extra mile did a couple of small square windows for no charge AND secured a small area of our gutters that had come loose due to the wind. The guy worked his tail off and did a fantastic job! In 45mph winds none the less!! Window Genie is now my go to for cleaning our windows and I'll specifically ask for Randy! Also, my wife was ecstatic about how clean the windows were. Bonus!!

there was a limit on the number of windows included in the deal which was not clear when i signed up. the person doing the windows did a good job...but, he was a little too chatty for me.

It went very well. Randy did an excellent job cleaning the windows and was very personable.

This is the second time I have used this company and was again pleased with the service by Joe and Randy. They arrived in the expected time slot and worked efficiently and thoroughly to complete the job in about an hour. I plan to use their services in future to clean inside as well as outside of the windows.

The provider said he would call back to reschedule and never did.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99 to clean 15 windows. I then emailed Window Genie to get a quote for the remaining windows, which was reasonable. I got a response right away, both to my quote request and to the Big Deal purchase. We made an appointment and Randy and Joe showed up on time. They were professional and friendly. They removed all the window screens, wiped down all the screens and window frames, and then scrubbed the windows inside and out. They are crystal clear and gorgeous. Randy even cleaned my front glass storm door, which was not part of the deal, because he couldn't stand to leave it covered in dog nose prints on his way out. I will definitely use them in the future.

The two workers arrive early as requested. They were polite and respectful. Joe worked quickly and when work was examined, two windows had not been done. He apologized and cleaned them. Two small finger print areas were requested to be cleaned, and they did it. Outside Randy didn't clean off mildew on the window sill. Called them on the phone and they returned. He stated they do not carry cleaners for that and I went to garage to get mildew cleaner. When I returned he had taken a scrub brush from a bucket of concentrated TSP from my paint stripping project, and he used this on sill. Drops went down siding. When dry, it left the TSP powder on the wall. Overall, they were polite, but need supervised to end up with a decent job.

They were very personable and efficient. They gave me pointers to make it easier for me next time! I had removed all the venetian blinds prior to Window Genie coming, and they said it wasn't necessary for me to remove the blinds in order for them to clean the windows! That will save me a lot of work next time!!! They did a wonderful job and our windows really sparkle!
