WIN HOME INSPECTION WESTERVILLE

Chip was on time & started by asking if we had specific concerns so that he could address them. The entire process took about 3.5 hrs. to inspect 2500 sq. ft. home. He inspected the outside first, then the inside, top to bottom. I was impressed w/ his knowledge. He took the time to make sure I knew where all mechanicals & power sources were, & that I knew about routine maintenance of equipment. We have a more unusual circumstance in that not only is our home a new build, we also suffered a great bit of damage in the hail storm last Oct. & are struggling w/a company to complete the repair work to some of the roof, windows, & siding. He took great notes & went over all details. His home inspection report defines where the problems are & with whom the problems lie. He s honest in his assessment & did not sugar coat anything. He s very thorough & emailed a report after inspection. He also covered limitations in the inspection process (A/C). I was very happy & I would use him again.

CHIP DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB INSPECTING OUR HOUSE. WE WERE VERY INFORMED AND FELT LIKE WE KNEW EVERY INCH OF OUR NEW HOME, AFTER HE WAS THROUGH INSPECTING IT! HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WANTING A THOROUGH INSPECTOR!

JEFF WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. HE WENT OVER HOME MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT TIPS WITH US. AS FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS, HIS ADVICE AND EXPERTISE WERE INVALUABLE. VERY THOROUGH, LOTS OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
