I’ve contacted Kyal Heinze back in September to inform him of the dying plant and a failure to thrive plant in the front landscaping of my newly built custom home. I was told it would be taken care of. Nearly two months later, I contact him for updates and I get a response saying it will be taken care of. I come home this morning and a barely sprouted plant was place where my dying plant was and the other plant was not touched. This plant is not what I paid for in my package with my mature plants. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking to have any type of landscaping done. Beware! I will continue to update this review upon actions.

After having problems getting initial follow up, my contact changed to Garry Ferrell. Garry was great, turning around the drawing quickly, computing a fair price, answering all questions. However, I felt, and still feel, that their installation crew is terrible. I made it clear, that my top priority was to have the patio sloped away from the house. They completed the site prep, and the base was slanted towards the house. I brought this to their attention. They said they would address. No one addressed it, and the patio sloped towards the house. Garry inspected, and he agreed. They pulled up the patio, regraded and reinstalled. I measured again, and while better, it still sloped towards the house, and now had some low spots. They came out and relaid the patio again. This time, to get the stones to all fit, they cut several of them with a saw. I now had straight cuts among the other natural looking cobblestone edges, low spots, and still no slope away from the house. I gave up.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I'VE CALLED THEM ABOUT 8 OR 9 TIMES AND I'VE HAD TWO APPOINTMENTS SET UP AND THEY'VE STOOD ME UP BOTH TIMES. THEY'VE RETURNED MAYBE 2 PHONE CALLS AND THAT WAS TO SCHEDULE THESE APPOINTMENTS.
