The service went well.

I called Craig around 8am after trying unsuccessfully to unclog bathroom sink and reached him immediately. I needed him to replace the old metal trap/pipes as connections were now leaking, and to remove the clog. I was sure the clog was between the trap and wall. Craig showed up right when he said he would, 40 minutes later. He quickly went to work replacing the trap/pipe and did not find clog where I expected. So he tried snaking for the clog to no avail taking more time than he had planned. To make a long story short, he gave me the name of a plumber he uses and cleaned up some before hurrying on to his next job. (The plumber finally found the clog and was not surprised Craig couldn't find it due to the unexpected layout of the pipes.) Craig did not want to charge me since he was not successful in clearing the clog. I did offer to pay for the supplies, and he accepted. (I also give him a couple starts of perennials from my garden that I promised him from last summer.)

I am very impressed by the professional attitude and work ethics of Craig. He arrived on time, finish the job even when I added three additional doors and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I will contacting him again for additional projects.

Craig was referred to me by a realtor to do some work as part of prepping the house for a possible sale. He came out and gave me an estimate for the services I needed, and was even receptive to adding on a couple of tasks that I thought of the next day. He came out and performed the work himself on the day of service, kept me up on his progress during the day, and even knocked a few dollars off of his estimate because I was able to provide him with some materials. Very pleased with the work and service - likely to give him a call the next time I need help!

Great. Got referral from friends. Called and left message. Got call back same day; gave me quote. Set up work for a few days later. Craig was able to fit my schedule so I wouldn't have to take much time off work. He showed up on time. Was easy to talk to and explained work. He ran into problems getting the old rusted faucet bolts off, and told me it might take longer than expected. He tried a couple other methods, came up with a solution and had it and service lines replaced within the hour. He provided service lines, I provided faucet. He used my appliance paint to cover some old chips in the sink that I hadn't bothered to paint. The faucet and touchup paint really make a difference -- the sink looks great. He did most of the cleanup, though I did do some after he left (chipped off rust under sink). I asked if he could fix my city trash can so it wouldn't continue to rip when the lid flips open. He cut a 2x4 from his supplies and attached the pieces to brace the rips. That took only about 10 minutes.

I've had no complaints on his work. He's real nice and professional.
