Michael was amazing. Upon emailing him he responded within 10 minutes, even though it was 10pm at night. He set up a time to come on a saturday, gave us a quote before starting and then quickly got things done! He was on time and very friendly and professional. Despite the fact that our house was in major construction mode and there was debris all over, he tried to make sure he cleaned up everything from his work. I would definitely hire him if I needed more work done. Very pleased with entire process and the price.

He came to my house, reviewed what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. He was timely when he arrived. He was thorough with his work. He went to where the original problem occurred, where there was too much load on one breaker. He then replaced the receptacle and the outlet. He was top notch and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful service. Michael came out on a rainy Saturday and upgraded by electrical panel. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Not only that, he's just a nice guy. After upgrading my panel, he helped me to determine why my patio light was not working and fixed it. I will definitely call Watt 1 Electrical Systems for any future electrical work I need done, and I will recommend Michael every chance I get.

The service provided was excellent! Mike was very good to work with. He keep me informed throughout the process, from the moment I called him until the city inspection was done. The workmanship is stellar! He cleaned up after himself, and put everything back that he may have had to move. He actually left the basement cleaner than what it was when he started! While waiting for the inspection, he was able to fix a light socket that was not working, without an extra charge. It was great to work with such a professional person.

The service went well. I had a number of smoke detectors installed throughout the house. They also installed a light fixture or two. One technician came out for the service and did a nice job. I have an old house and it was a tough job because of the wiring that needed done. He had a hard time with the job but was willing to push through to make sure the job got done. Michael was extremely competent, professional, and friendly. He worked quickly and was very tidy after each project. He was flexible to accommodate my schedule and honor the 8 hours of the Angie's List deal I had purchased. He seemed very well-versed in a variety of electrical repairs and was able to troubleshoot a complex issue in the kitchen of my nearly 100 year old house. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with Michael again. Great experience!

The service worked out great, we really liked him, and we would like to have him back once we get a list of services for him to do. We did a lot of different electrical work, and he helped out a lot. He was on time, he was very professional, he worked very quickly, and he went from one project to the next very quickly. We had to come up with extra things to do for him partway through the day. It was an 8 hour deal and we had to come up with a couple of things that they had to do, because we had underestimated the time that would be taken. He was very efficient, very professional, and he did what he did. I was very happy. He was very nice, and I can't say enough about his good attitude, his good work ethics, he was professional in every way, and friendly. He was easy, approachable, and helpful with suggestions. We had tried to add on projects on hand, and we did discuss that we could spend more and get it all done, because there was this on light that we didn't get installed and we decided not to do that, but to have him back later when we had 3-4 hours of work to do, now that we know how things are. He did about 20 or 30 minutes extra for doing what he wanted to complete, but he didn't charge us.

It was great! The cost was $345 and another $60 in materials. They did an excellent job and I've really recommended them to other people.

The electrician confirmed the appointment in advance, arrived right on time, and worked quickly and carefully. He installed multiple light fixtures and exhaust fans, and got more done than I thought he would be able to do in this time. He did a good job of communicating and dealing with a few minor problems and cleaning up. He was courteous and professional. I would hire him again.

I couldn't have been more pleased. Michael was on time for the appointment. Everything works as it should. He cleaned up all areas he worked in. His attention to details blew me away. I'll use him again for any electrical work.

Michael Watkins of Watt 1 Electric was very professional and punctual, arriving 10 minutes early on the scheduled day. He worked quickly and left the space very clean. I will look to use Watt 1 for my electrical needs in the future.

I wanted to have a ceiling fan with light installed in the bedroom. He arrived at the expected time, removed the old light fixture and installed the fan. He had to remove the bathroom exhaust fan and provide a new one that was comparable. He had to work in the attic to exhaust the fan through the roof. The roof penetration had previously been done by the roofers. He also replaced an old GFI in the basement. He took all the trash away and kept the house neat and clean.

Mike quoted us a price which was well below the competition. We set up a date and I described what I needed done. He came when he said he would, did his job and did it well, and all has worked like it should. Very straightforward, the way these things should work.

He is off the chart! He goes above and beyond every time! He is very focused and professional when working, but is also very friendly and easy talk to.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OWNER AND QUALITY OF WORK. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
