Communication was great! She came to our home in less than 24 hours after reaching out to her and provided an estimate. Once we scheduled the job, she was able to work with our difficult schedule and availability in order to complete the project by a certain date. The bathroom looks beautiful... such a nice upgrade!

The day they were scheduled they showed up late. Victoria said that they would be done by early afternoon (between 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.). We had not received a phone call that the work had been completed so we showed up at around 4:30. She had just started wallpapering the second room at this point. She stated that the other room took longer than expected and that she started with the wrong panel for install in the second room. This is where I should have started to worry. This was a mural wallpaper where every detail would be noticed. When we walked in she was piecing together one part of the panel that had ripped in pieces b/c she had placed it incorrectly. We gave her the benefit of the doubt based on the glowing Angie's List reviews. Upon completion of the room there were significant bubbles in the wallpaper. She said that was normal and that if they did not disappear she would return to fix remove them. After 2-3 days 75% of the bubbles were gone; however, one large one remained. At this point we noticed that the drywall behind the panels was visible between each of the eight panels. What was supposed to look like a hand painted mural looked like posters in a college dorm. I left a voicemail for Victoria, and after playing phone tag for a week, she agreed to come out and take a look. When she arrived she claimed she removed the bubble (which she hadn't b/c it was still there the next day) and took what she called "chalk" to fill in the visible drywall. This was a horrible decision. The drywall was still visible and now the wallpaper looked dirty where she had colored it with this chalk. I left a voicemail stating that we were still unhappy with the wallpaper and asked if we could be reimbursed the price of that room install ($250) since we have to spend $300 to buy a new mural, take down the old one and find someone else to do the work. After about 2 weeks of phone tag she finally sent us an email stating that she does not warranty products and would not provide a partial refund. She didn't even have the professionalism to offer to remove the wallpaper and clean off the wall at no cost to us. This experience was a huge disappointment as I had waited years to have the mural installed only to have heartache and a headache. We thought hiring Victoria was the right decision b/c of her glowing reviews and 25 years of experience. Guess we were wrong and now we're out $550.

Victoria and Harold came out to do an initial inspection, to recommend wallpaper amounts plus check the job for potential issues. Victoria's estimate was the lowest of two estimates that we got. In addition, this listing on Angie's List let me know that Victoria had liability insurance coverage. The entire job took just over two days to complete. Day one was removing the wallpaper and patching/spackling holes, and then applying primer/sizing. After the primer dried overnight, day two was putting up the wallpaper. Rather than put all of our blinds and hardware back up right after they were finished, Victoria mentioned that it would be best to allow the paste to dry and harden overnight. Victoria and Harold came back the following day and replaced all of the blinds and drapes and put our china cabinet back in place. This was followed by a vacuuming and cleaning of the dining room. I very much appreciate quality and would much prefer that over speed when it comes to having work done on our home. It was very clear that Victoria and Harold have a high commitment to quality. As an example, the pre-paste on the wallpaper to be hung had broken down and was unusable. Rather than try to work with it as-is, Victoria applied paste. This was an unforeseen expense for the job, however, we were not charged anything extra for it. Additionally, outlet and switch covers were wallpapered over as well, at no additional charge. This gives everything a very finished and professional look. We can recommend Victoria and Harold without reservation to anyone needing wallpaper removal and/or installation. They were very pleasant, punctual and hard-working.

Very pleased with the work Victoria did for the wall prep and papering of my powder room. From start-to-finish, she was easy to work with. I had a negative experience with another wallpaper installer who flaked out after giving me an estimate and then did not return my calls. So, it was refreshing to find Victoria. Victoria has been wallpapering for several years and truly loves what she does. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone based solely on the dimensions of the room, which was great because it is often inconvenient to take time off work to meet with vendors. Victoria also gave me guidance on how much wallpaper to order for the size of my room. The work was completed over the course of two days. The first day, the work involved spackling holes and prepping the walls for the paper. The second day was the papering itself, and the results are fantastic! A very professional-looking installation. Both days, Victoria and her assistant arrived at the stated time, and the her time estimates to complete the work on each day were spot on. She and her assistant worked well together, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. In addition to the excellent service and craftsmanship, Victoria's rates are very reasonable, so you get a lot of value for your money. I definitely recommend Victoria to others, and I would not hesitate to hire her again for future wallpapering needs.

I could not be happier with the service and the actual result.. Wallpaper looks perfect. They prepped the 3 walls and wallpapered all within a day. Very clean, very professional. Also, came out twice before wallpapering to give estimates and review wallpaper choices/samples with me. You can tell they take pride in their work and wanting you to be happy with the end result.

All went well. Girls came exactly on time. Set everything up, covered rugs so nothing would get dirty. Measured exactly as needed, cut the paper accordingly, hung the wallpaper, wrapped the outlet covers with cut wallpaper, cleaned-up and had me review. I am beyond happy with their service.

Victoria and her co-worker did an excellent job removing old, stubborn wallpaper that was apparently not sized when it was applied directly to the drywall back in the 1980s. We had attempted to remove the wallpaper on our own, but after about 10 hours of work, we had only moved a short distance and had taken a lot of patches of the paper facing off of the drywall that would end up needing extra skimming. Victoria and her partner spent three solid days on the job, showed up on time and cleaned up all debris each night when they left. They also had some of the drywall paper lift off and tear as they were working, but it was a minimal amount in comparison to our DIY effort. They were pleasant to work with and seemed very dependable and trustworthy. I would definitely hire them and do recommend them.

This is the second job Victoria completed for us. She is awesome at what she does. I picked out a very complicated paper without a standard repeat and our powder room is of course under the stairs with an angled ceiling. I was not sure how she was going to make it all work. It looks amazing. When people see it they marvel at the crazy print and they spend the next 10 minutes trying to figure out how she managed to make the print line up on the 4th wall when there is no repeat. They never find it. She is that good. Victoria is always on time and easy to contact. Plus she is always the best price.

The wallpaper installation went great. They team was wonderful to work with and did a beautiful job. We used Victoria in the past and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing installation services.

I called and got a quote from Victoria over the phone for 4 walls and 1 ceiling initially. I told her there may be another room and possibly a ceiling that we would also want done but we were not sure yet. She allowed 3 days to finish the work and we set up a date a few weeks away. She called the day before arrival and asked if we decided to add the other room and told me when she would show up. The next day she was right on time and had everything she need to get to work. There was no messing around wasting time! She and her partner are hard workers that came when they said they would and got the work done. They finished in the 3 days even when we discovered that 4 extra walls and 2 ceilings were added to the initial quoted time and price. They thought they would have to come the next week but all worked out in the end and the 3 days were enough. The rooms were left very clean. If it were not for the scraping and a low background music I would not have know they were in the house.

I had used Victoria's wallpaper removal services about 6 years ago and she did a great job! I most recently had another project which required removal of some wallpaper and I did not hesitate to call her for a quote. She remembered me, gave me an estimate and was able to fit me in within a few days. She and Katherine (hope I spelled it correctly) were in and out in three days! Another fabulous job! I would highly recommend these ladies!

They did a great job - they took less time than anticipated and the walls look terrific. The price was very fair for the scope of the job. They were punctual, efficient, pleasant, and cleaned up every bit of mess they made in the process of removing 40-50 year-old wallpaper.

Another excellent result. This time it was a bedroom which I had removed paper from. That paper had been put up on unsized wallboard so the wall was in bad shape. The new paper looks great with no evidence the wall had ever been damaged. We have another project scheduled and Victoria is the only one I'll call when we are ready.

Original paper was put on unsized wallboard so removal was painful and required much patching. Resulting paper looks great. Everything was cleaned up each day (5 day project). I'm getting on the schedule to have a bedroom paper as soon as they can get to it.

They come in and do the job, and leave. Everything is perfect.
