It went very well. The installers were very courteous and respected my home. They were very careful when the were working in the house. They cleaned up better than I expected. Ray, Ben, and their crew were the best.

The process went well, installers were very professional. Customer service was outstanding as I had to call in about some locks not working as smoothly as they should. The problem was fixed right away. It's been almost a year now and I am very satisfied with my doors.

From the salesman (John) who listened to me when I explained what I was interested in purchasing. Never did I feel pressured to purchase. Price was very competitive and warranty coverage and the upgrade of windows were the deciding factors. Joe who did the measurements and answered my questions and made necessary changes without hesitation. The Installers were on time and very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Follow up service the next day gets straight A's. Windows Direct has been very easy to communicate with when I made calls, they made sure that all questions were answered and issues were solved,

Excellent! Fred led the crew of 3 and they busted their rear ends. They replaced 22 windows the first day and sealed them and came back the next day and finished all the trim. They did a great job! I would hire them again. “We Love our new windows “ !!!!!

Overall my experience with Universal Windows was good. Windows were installed in 2 days. The Installers were punctual, kind and cleaned up after themselves very well. Two marble sills were broken and a work order was issued at the completion of the job. I am being kept informed on the progress of the work order. The only issue I had was with the salesman, He was kind but as soon as I picked the Classic Windows he seemed to lose his interest and hurried me a bit. He also told me some of his sales tricks to make the price of the windows seem reasonable. A bit inappropriate. Due to the reviews and BBB I stuck with Universal despite the salesman.

Our sales rep, Derrick, was very thorough and communicated things very clearly. We love the product sample and felt we received complete information and reasons to go ahead and make the purchase. We are very pleased with our decision.

The removal and installation of 12 replacement windows The salesman was very knowledgeable gave us multiple options without any high-pressure tactics. After the first measurement a second technician arrived double check the measurements to insure the windows before ordered there wasn’t any mistakes. Installation team was very knowledgeable actually performed some seal repair above and beyond what my expectation would have been. After the installation they took my wife and I around to inspect the windows showed us the operations and before they left clean the Windows inside and out And left the area as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend this company very professional very friendly and have high standards in they’re hiring Of their professional staff.

I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the professionalism and experience of the crew. This was our first experience with replacement windows and they completed 24 windows in 3 days! All the windows were in on he 1st day !!!! The finish work and trim followed. Amazing! I am anxious to see how much we will save on our heating bills. From the free in-home estimate to completion, we definitely made the right choice!!

First presentation went well, quality of the windows was excellent. We had some question on the new line for windows which the rep was going to come out for. Price was one lump sum and not broken out, ( that is not how we do it is what I was told). A new person came a week or so later to show us the new window but was ill prepared he did not have the original quote and had to make a couple of calls to have questions answered. Felt pressured to sign tonight to get the best deal...reminded me of a car sales approach. That ultimately is what turned us off, even though they were priced hire they were in contention until the second visit

After requesting a free quote on Universal Window's website, I was promptly contacted and scheduled an appointment within the same day. The sales representative arrived not only on time, but early to the schedule home visit. He was courteous, friendly with pets and brought all information and props in on the first trip. He was very personable and made everyone feel at ease. After a very informative discussion about the company and product, measurements were taken of all the windows and a quote was provided. During this process, there was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Various options were discussed about financing and payment. Our salesman was knowledgeable on all aspects and it felt great knowing he was in our corner to help get us the best pricing possible that we were comfortable with. You can definitely tell the company is proud of their product, service, installation and warranty. Even if you're considering other companies, give Universal Windows Direct an opportunity to explain what they have to offer. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future projects. Overall, the experience was 12/10!!

It's been a couple weeks, and we are completely happy with the installation and quality of the windows. Would recommend to any family and/or friends that asked about getting new windows.

Exceeded expectations. Luke spent multiple hours discussing figures with us to come up with the best deal possible for us. He was very accomidating, respectful and extremely kind to our dogs. Luke would even call our dogs over just to pet them while we were reviewing the information. Thank you, Luke for taking your time with us and being so kind with our animals. I would also like to thank you for not looking at only my husband when waiting for the approval and questions. I have had many sales men do this in the past which is very irritating but you did not do this once. You welcomed my opinion and my husbands equally and looked at both of us for the final desicion. It took three hours but we agreed upon six windows to replace our original windows from 1951. Luke never lost his enthusiasm the whole time. We are very elated to be able to joy the comfort and view of our new windows.

I have to say how extremely pleased we are with Universal Windows Direct, Columbus. Our sales rep, Luke Kelley is very personable, but not pushy! We have had several other reps from different companies, and there is no comparison! Luke is the BEST! As far as windows, we feel that this product is top quality and the installers are thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Our son's windows are so nice, that we decided to replace our windows as well! The price was extremely reasonable and fit into our budget. I highly recommend this company for your window needs!

The sliding door is really nice. I'm having complication with the setup. I've been trying to have them fix a few things since they had done the work and they've not been in contact. They put in an order and it's been over a month. The salesman are cool, but as far as the installers they are just not good at their job. They covered up some rotted wood, so I'm trying to get them to fix some things and they are giving me the run around.

Todd K. arrived on time, was extremely professional and personable, and was patient as our three little kids were running around! He walked us through our options of the custom window we would need and answered all the questions I had. He helped us choose the right window for the space and our budget and I am so excited to be getting our new window soon! It was also nice that he was able to come later in the evening as I am unable to be there during the day. I highly recommend Universal Windows of Columbus for windows!

The presentation was excellent for the product. Our sales rep Clay was personal, professional and left us with absolutely no questions. The price was competitive and the product high quality. We had no choice but to move forward with our purchase and have no reservations. We are excited about our windows and look forward to the project being completed.

We just placed the order to get the work done today. The salesman was very professional, nice and explained in detail all of our options.

From start to finish, I think they were great! They beat Window World's Prices, and the quality of the window they installed was much better quality than WW - we know because we used WW on 4 windows in the front, and honestly can say that Universal Window Direct was by far better in terms of product, process, and people. Very professional, and kept us informed the entire time. Contractor was very friendly, and did a great job. I recommend using them.

It was a pleasant encounter. The gentlemen, Clay Armstrong, was the salesrep. He was very pleasant and well dressed, and arrived with samples of the windows. The price was right, so I signed up for them to do the work.

I'll report back once the windows are installed. However, we are very excited to start the work.

Horrible experience. I should have known it was going to be bad when they send two sales reps to your house and lay it on thick but the price sounded good and they seemed nice enough so, we gave in. Bad choice. After getting some other quotes we found out their prices where WAY more than others around town and they were selling the same name brand doors as the other we got quotes form so it was a true apples to apples comparison. So, when we tried to call the sales reps, like we were told to do, the one’s phone went to a voicemail box that was full and unable to leave a message and the other never return our calls. So, after dealing with a few people in the office about getting the price down, like they said they would, we still went with them but they sure made us feel like we were the ones racking them over the coals. We made sure to tell them of all the changes we wanted from when the sales reps were first out but someone didn’t write it all down nor did they send us a new estimate because when I got home to see our new doors they didn’t install the correct side lights and after reviewing everything it was because they were going off the original order not what we talked to someone on the phone about. The team of people they had come out to do the installation were nice and prompt but after looking at the installation job I found it to be poor. The cocking they put in was so thick it took days to dry and it was so uneven that it is on our walls and they put two holes in the wall that they didn’t bother to try and fix. So, we left a review to which someone did respond and we have been talking to their new Columbus rep about getting the installation issues fixed. They were scheduled to come out and fix everything on a Tuesday and we were told on the phone and via email that someone would be at our house at 3pm or later. So, I rearranged my schedule to be home by 2:30pm just in case they made it over a bit early. Only to get a call from my husband that they were at our house at 2pm and since no one was home we will have to reschedule. Even though there was issues on the outside that they could have worked on while no one was here. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their prices are ridiculous, the group of people we worked with was less than helpful and we are still waiting 4 months later to get issues fixed.

Universal Windows was contacted relative to the installation of nine new windows. We scheduled a meeting with them for March 18, 2017. Their sales person - was Daniel Pennell and he did an excellent job of explaining the types of windows that they sell and he even brought a sample window in for us to see. Upon signing a contract - Daniel told us that someone would be contacting us within two weeks to re-measure all of the windows that he had just measured to inure that his measurements were correct. We were contacted and a gentleman came out on March 31st relative the measurements and told us that the windows would be in and ready for installation by the first week in May - and on May 1, 2017 - all nine (9) windows were installed and they look great.
