Description of Work: Spent a great deal of time explaining the refinishing process and the unique constraints of the flooring I have. I have 3/8" oak flooring that needs to be aggressively sanded. In addition Chaz explained the concerns over using waterbased sealers on such a thin floor after sanding. He took the time to explain the process and what we could expect during the job (e.g. can't walk on it for 24 hours). He also explained he uses 3 coats of sealer instead of 2, and why he does so. His estimate was very reasonable and he was on-time and professional. Received estimated within 2 hours of him stopping by.

Description of Work: I called and asked for an estimate. Chaz came out and looked at my situation and gave me estimates for several levels of support. I was somewhat interested in doing some or all of the work myself. His response was prompt, cooperative, and courteous. His estimates were reasonable. I ended up doing the work myself in order to save some money, but would have used Chaz if I had contracted it out.
