the repair on front porch crack after two weeks, never returned to remove wood blocks. the same results for the section of sidewalk, it also crack after a few weeks. the section of concrete they added was 3' x 3' , purpose of this section was to set a concrete fountain on . it had such a big hump in middle could not stop foutain from rocking or level without using approximately 18 shims to stop rocking and level problem.

They came out to do the work, and I was told that all of their work is guaranteed for 12 years. 6 months later, the roof started to leak. I have called and they have promised to come out and fix the leak, but they have not responded or come out to resolve the problem.

Do not use this provider. I discovered afterwards that they are a scam. I saw a 10TV consumer alert segment about their company and how they are ripping people off. I unfortunately fell for their scam. I was getting ready to leave town for a week and they came to the door saying they were doing work down the street and had leftover sealcoat already prepared and could give me a good deal. They even said it came with a 6 year guarantee since it was a better mix than most providers use (I was skeptical of that claim but gave him the benefit of the doubt). I had intended to have the driveway done anyway but did not review providers yet. Since I was eager to get it done before I left town, I agreed with a handshake (which I learned later is one of their trademarks). They did the driveway and noticed I had some cracks in my garage and sidewalk. They said they would fix those as well. I paid them $1,000 which was not a deal at all but I was glad to have it done (so I thought). I came back to town a week later and noticed the driveway sealcoat was very patchy. Some places looked like they were missed completely or had washed away. The concrete work also looked very grainy and not professionally done. I did call them back at their number and they said they were busy that day but would come back the next day. Of course they did not. I had some suspicions shortly after they started work but did not see anything on line regarding their company. But after they left, I came across the 10TV consumer alert. They were operating under a different company name but their owner name, address and phone number was the same as the one on TV. I was also surprised to see their company listed on Angie's List but no one had reviewed them and they had only been listed for about one month.
