+ -1 moreThe glass units are well made and the installer, Shaun, was very good. The installation was neat. The entire job was difficult because the windows were old, and some were on the third floor. But both the glass unit and the installation were good, and I will use them again.
Description of Work: The company measured, manufactured and replaced the sealed insulated glass units in 19 of our windows in which the seals had broken.

Description of Work: I had four insulated windows with broken seals. I thought I needed to replace them, which I was not able to financially do right now. A friend told me about the same problem with her windows, and gave me the name of the company and man who replaced just the window panes. After making a call, Skip came out to measure the windows. In less than a week Skip came back and replace them all in less than an hour.

+ 0 moreI got one estimate that was 1200 dollars higher than this one and it was going to take them several weeks to get the glass in. Since trio manufactures their own glass rather than ordering it from outside sources, they were able to get the product in one week. Considering the price and the timeframe, it was an easy choice to go with Trio. My windows look great. They were on time, and of course the price was wonderful. All around -- a great experience.
