great on time for estimate . glass came in earlier than promised, installed on time

We need to replace the side light at the front door of a condo rental as the glass has a small hole in it. Rosati Windows recommended this co. to replace just the glass (Rosati's only does a sidelight and door combo). The representative was on time and showed me the possible samples of glass. Because the frame may need replacement, we would have to do that first, which would involve a carpenter. We are still trying to decide if the hole can somehow be repaired. We are still searching. If there is no other alternative, we would have Trio come to replace the glass (which runs a little under $200).

A estimator was promptly sent out and the window was repaired within two days. We were completely satisfied.

It was wonderful. They did a great job. They came out, did an estimate, did the measurements and within a week came out and installed it. This was versus having to replace the whole window.

I took the broken glass and frame to Trio on Tuesday the 20th & was told that I could pick it up on Wednesday the 21st. I went back on Wednesday and it was ready as promised. I would recommend Trio to anyone with a glass issue. Great Job!

I have used Trio on several occasions to manufacture replacement insulated window glass units which I installed in my existing windows/frames. Excellent service, competent professionals with quick turn-around times and very competitive pricing. Not a pretty "showroom" facility but a professional workshop with folks doing good work. I will use them again. I don't bother to do any glass pricing anymore, just take my measurements and business to Trio and they do an excellent job. I give them best possible grade for their business.

Trio responded immediately to my request to replace the glass in several windows. They are extremely prompt, polite, and efficient. They work very quickly and do a great job. I have used this company several times over the last couple of years and highly recommend them.

That turned out well. He was professional and punctual. Everything was cleaned up. I was pleased with the results. It was expensive, but it was an expensive job no matter who I would have used.

He is just fantastic. He was very informative throughout the visit. He explained a lot of options and possibilities for windows. His prices seemed a little bit high, however I did not go very far with prices. I highly recommend Trio Insulated Glass. I chose not to use him, because I postponed replacing the windows.

My husband found several companies that could do this job for us, but Trio sounded the most like they know what they are talking about so he selected them. Both of us went to their manufacturing facility and it is as clean as a facility like this can be. They are professional, prompt, and the price was excellent. They provided technical advice as well on how to install them.

Overall, the replacement went well. The estimator even explained to me that the spacer in the glass would be different than the original. It is barely noticeable. I didn't get any other estimates so I cannot comment on the pricing.

They were very responsive. I called to find out how they function, what a the price estimate was. I called back to place the order, and they told me they would have it available by the next day. I told them I wouldn't need it until early the next week. When I went to pick the glass pieces up, they had lost my order. They found the pieces already cut but had to polish the edges, so I had to wait 15 minutes. The price was excellent and the quality was great.

They came at the scheduled time, removed the old door, and replaced it with new glass.

Great. Two of our windows had shattered spontaneously. We got 3 estimates, and Trio's was the lowest. They were also very communicative about possible causes of the shattering. They also informed us (and showed with their gauge) that the windows had been safety glass, something the other companies did not point out. The work was done within a week of the estimate. It was done quickly and cleanly and properly.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual, reliable and knowledgeable. They were responsive to my phone call and in two days they installed the new glass. They explained why the previous glass clouded over and why this new one would not.

Excellent. The price was lower than other estimates and the quality was excellent. The work was done sooner than I expected.

We have used them a couple of other times to replace window glass. The last time was about 5 years ago. We checked Angie's List before calling them again. We did not get quotes from anyone else. They came and gave us a quote and then returned less than two weeks later to remove the old window glass and install the new. The workman did a very nice job and cleaned up well after the installation was completed.

The person who did the work was timely and efficient as well as polite. Work was done within a week of the estimate. The windows look great.
