TRINITY RESTORATION LTD

Our siding was damaged and needed replaced. Trinity came out and were professional with their quote and presentation. They replaced our siding. Six months later, we were having leaks appear and called out a roofing contractor to evaluate the situation. He asked if we had any work done to the house that required a scaffolding. Which we did, when Trinity did our siding. The roofer educated us with the damage that the scaffolding caused and how Trinity did not fix to regulation with their intrusive approach. We called Trinity several times and about 4 months later they have yet to respond, nor take initiative and rectify their mistakes.

Roof went up fast, they were on time and cleaned up afterward. Had a leak on the porch after installation. They came out promptly and said they would caulk. Don't know if they came back, but the leak has stopped. They could have communicated with me if they had come out. Gutters had a problem. I contacted them and they came out. Said they would send the gutter installers out to level one of the gutters. Don't know if they ever came, but it still pours over the side when raining. Asked three times to replace the plastic gutter transitions that go in the pipe on the ground. Said they would take care of it but never did.

WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT OUR SATISFACTION. EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. RESPONSE TIME WAS QUICK AND PROMPT. CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY DETAIL ORIENTED.
