Poor service all around. Nobody knew what they were talking about. Had 2 sales people and worked with the president and Vice President of the company, 2 design/ show room people ( one of which did not know anything and did not give us what we asked for at all) 2 foreman, two cleaning people and some unsafe conditions at times. The sub contractors were poor as we'll. Would have thought that as much as we spent on the house the quality of hired work would have been more professional. Paint all over our finished floors and they seemed to water down the paint because it would not even cover chalk marks made by previous workers, painted the outside of our house in the rain, someone used the restroom in the basement, the electric outlets keep shorting out, windows are very poor quality unless you of course upgrade which they fail to mention, wait everything you want is an upgrade, decided it would be smart to do the front porch last(dumb move), 1 yr inspection was awful.
