Description of Work: roger (owner) performed the estimate as well as the work and was onsite the entire time. no subs. we had bad weather between the estimate and the service and roger called regularly to inform me of the work schedule. I had major pruning work done in a confined space and the crew took the time and care to do it right. i got four estimates and their price was the most competitive, along with one other service, but I felt that Roger had more experience. they cleaned up well, as promised. I would definitely use them again and/or recommend to a friend.

Description of Work: I had them take down a gigantic maple tree that was very close to my house. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They took it to the ground with only one snag. A branch clipped my power line and pulled it loose from my house BUT it didn't harm anything. Between the crew and AEP it was fixed without cost, danger, or power outages. Over half of this tree hung over my house and this powerline. An excellent job! I'd had them cut down two huge mulberry trees about a year ago that were over my garage, and my power, cable, and phone lines ran through the canopy. They took these down without issue. Both times they were on time, quick, and left the place better than they found it. Awesome folks!

+ -1 moreGreat company to work with. They were on time for the initial meeting, very professional and provided a written estimate at the end of the meeting. On the day of the appt. they were delayed by additional work at the first assignment but called to inform me of the delay. This was not a problem. They called when they were on the way so I could meet them. The proper equipment was brought for the job and no limbs were left behind. It was a great job and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Very large tree was thinned out and dead branches were removed. Medium apple tree was trimmed and a shrub was removed.

+ -1 moreI have used Trees R Us in the past. Roger stays in contact with you. Shows up on time and gives a detailed estimate. Once the job is booked, and scheduled, the work is completed promptly. Roger knows his business, he makes usefull suggestions and alerts you of the dangers if any of over cutting. He and his staff are safe workers. Total communication from the ground and tree climbers. Care is taken when working around other plants and yard ornaments. Moving items if necessary. They clean up and remove debris as contracted via your quotation. The quality of work is excellent and will use them in the future.
Description of Work: Topped three trees, thinned and re-shaped. Removed two dead limbs from a 60+ foot high tree.

+ -1 moreOverall I'm very happy that I chose this company. They arrived and started work when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Every person working on the job seemed experienced and well-trained. At the conclusion of the job, the owner informed me of a small issue that had come up while the work was being performed. It wasn't a problem, but I did appreciate being told, rather than discovering it later.
Description of Work: Total removal of three large trees and trimming/thinning of three other trees, removal of brush.
