THEY TOOK THE TIME TO PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS LIKE MOLDING AND WORKING AROUND OUR FIREPLACE. LONNIE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO HAVE AROUND FOR THE 10 DAYS IT TOOK TO DO THE JOB. A TOP NOTCH COMPANY.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK THEY DID ON THE FLOORS WAS SUPERB. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE SCHEDULING OFFICE NEEDS WORK. OUR 3-DAY PROJECT TURNED INTO AN 8-DAY PROJECT, WITH LITTLE-TO-NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE CENTRAL OFFICE. WE OFTEN HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHEN THE CREW WOULD BE OUT. SEVERAL TIMES, THE CREWS SHOWED UP WITH INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHAT THEY WERE TO DO THAT DAY.
