 + -1 moreMr. Tyne did a deep cleaning of our berber carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, loft, stairs, and the interiors of several closets. The carpet had a lot of dust and dog hair accumulated in it. There were also some areas that looked like stains. Tom was able to make the carpet look good as new. I highly recommend Tom Tyne.

 + -1 moreI HAVE USED TOM MANY TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT HE CHARGES BY THE FOOT, SAVING ME MONEY.
Description of Work: TOM CLEANED THE TRAFFIC PATTERNS IN THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, HE CLEANED THE STAIRS TO THE SECOND FLOOR, AND THE HALLWAY UPSTAIRS. HE ALSO CLEANED THE SOFA IN THE FAMILY ROOM.

 + -1 moreNEITHER OF US HAS RECEIVED A CALL, SO ARE GOING TO HAVE TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY (LISTED WITH ANGIE'S LIST, OF COURSE!) TO GET THE CARPETS CLEANED. WE NEED THEM CLEANED WITHIN THE NEXT 10 DAYS, SO WE CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER TO HAVE HIM GET BACK TO US. WE HAVE USED TOM IN THE PAST AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK, BUT SIMPLY CANNOT WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR A RETURN CALL TO SCHEDULE WORK TO BE DONE. WHEN THE NEED ARISES AGAIN TO HAVE OUR CARPETS CLEANED AGAIN, WE WILL CONSIDER MR. TYNE. THE PREVIOUS TIMES WE USED TOM TYNE CARPET CLEANERS, WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. TOM HAS BEEN ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB WITH VERY COMPETITIVE RATES.
