I could not have been more pleased. I love the picture from the new equipment and was very pleasantly surprised at the prices for everything. (Price mentioned here is for the installation and HDMI cable only, not the equipment.) I consider myself pretty much technology ignorant so was also very pleased with the information I got from both Bob and Craig and their patience with my ignorance.

Had alarms when we were on vacation Police and Fire; luckily Columbus Fire found an upstairs window for entry and didn't have to break in; found nothing wrong. Later, had a call from Tiger system owner that there was a malfunction in their data entry and the signals came up as our home instead of where the signals were actually sent from. It was rather scary since we were outside the continental US. George did check everything out for us and set our minds at ease.

I used Tiger Systems seven years ago to install the original plasma in the family room and was very pleased with their work then. After seven years, they got even better. Bob was quick to respond to my call for a quote. He scheduled and completed our appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for my work schedule. I received a detailed and fair quote for quality work. Bob had some very good recommendations and we negotiated a few things that brought it into my budget while achieving every one of my objectives. (I rated a "B" for price because I could have bought some of the hardware cheaper and probably gotten a lower cost bid on the work. However, if the rating had been on VALUE, I would have rated A+. Quality costs a little more but is so much more wothwhile.) The team showed up when they said, got everything done on time and cleaned up the rooms as if nothing had happend. All the wiring is behind the walls and what you can see looks very professional. Like Tony says...Tiger systems is G-R-R-E-A-T!

Our original security system got damage due to a storm surge. Bob Levell tried to find a replacement part prior to replacing the system, which we had to do eventually. The installer was very professional and knowledgable. The installer found additional issues with the original security system and asked me about changes prior to keeping the old settings or changing the new.

They did a wonderful job! I messed the system up to the point where we were getting nothing upstairs. They came over and showed me exactly what I had done and how I could fix it in the future. They did not charge me a penny for that call. The first technician even took his shoes off right inside the door.

They specialize in audio, computer networking, home theater and security. We've recommended them to others and would call on them again.

They were great to work with. Their proposal was well-though out and the equipment was top-quality. The work was done quickly, neatly and very professionally. The installers were great.

Unreal-this company is top notch. Due to an unfortunate theft, I had to replace the television in our business. We bought the television and bracket, but were dreading the job of installing it. I called at 1:30 PM today to get someone out to install the TV. Bob spoke to me on the phone and said he would see if he could get someone out the same day. He called me back in minutes to say someone was on the way. Jay arrived by 2:15. He installed it so it would be more difficult to remove and made suggestions to further secure it. My new TV was unboxed, installed and running within an hour and a half.

The system was installed by Mike. He was very professional and courteous. We were a little disappointed that the system cannot be set up [with the monitoring company] to call my cell phone, in addition to the house, as requested. Because of my father's hearing disability, as well as living in a house with children, I wanted to be notified [as well as the house called], when an event takes place. We installed the system to be able to monitor what is going on at home, while away, as much as insuring the safety of my father and our children. The monitoring company was not willing to do that. I understand, however feel that the option should be available in today's world of technology, for an additional fee, which I am willing to pay.

GREAT! Bob is very receptive, professional, and courteous. We received a prompt quote for further requests. The tech was very professional, took the time to explain all he had done, was helpful and made the system user friendly for the whole family.

These guys are amazing. They were able to go through the tile without and breaking or cracking of the tile. They gave us good advice on the placement of the TV and even the purchase of one.

The ways of technology are mysterious indeed, to me at least. I'm grateful to have found someone who will come to my home to fix a Mac!

Technician was efficient and polite. He patiently answered all questions asked. He took as much time as needed until I was satisfied.

Tiger Systems was efficient and professional in doing this job from start to finish. A couple of days after I called Tiger Systems, consultant Jeff stopped by at an agreed upon time to assess our needs. He gave us a verbal estimate after a couple of days and as promised we received the written proposal a week after Jeff's initial visit. After we bought the TV, Tiger Systems took over. On the agreed upon installation day Kyle and Jeff brought the TV and all the appropriate wires and cables. They made sure they knew exactly where we wanted the TV and peripheral equipment located before they started. At the end they made adjustments to the controls so that we have just one remote instead of three to deal with. All involved made a project I had not been looking forward to painless!

Bob Levell and his crew impressed me by taking control of the project, gave great advice, very professional, and were very easy to work with on this big project.

VERY RESPONSIVE, VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. EXCELLENT JOB. THEY EVEN LEFT NOTES BY ALL OF THE TVS WITH COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE TVS AND ALL COMPONENTS

They took 10 minutes max to respond to my voice mail and 1 hour later they were at my house. The representative corrected the mess that cable company had left me with. He set the remote so that it would work and corrected all settings. Very knowledgeable, very prompt, very nice and courteous. He didn't treat me like an idiot. Thumbs up!

Excellent. Bob returned my call within 5 min. Michael arrived within an hour (same day), programmed TV and remote and made its operation simple.

This is the second time I've used Tiger Systems for an audio/video related project. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. They are extremely competent and very professional.

They were honest about the costs of installing their own system vs. Resetting the existing panel. It was more cost effective to reset. The work was fine, except that we had to work around the technician's schedule (who also happened to be one of the partners in the company), but we wanted to have the best tech, so we waited for him to become available. They are a company that tries to please their customers, and they are open to feedback and discussion.

Bob did a terrific job in coming over to look at our existing theater space & suggested a retailer to purchase speakers from. He also came to the store with us to look at them, which was a real plus. His expertise in that area came in handy while shopping for the items. He was also able to get another price quote for the same speaker items from another store as well so we could compare. He came back a second time to make sure the speakers we selected would look right in the space before they were finally ordered. There were two technicians who installed the speakers & set everything up. Bob came back a couple of days later at our request to make sure it was all done properly. There was an adjustment that had to be made that Bob took care of.

Excellent on everything. In all the subcontracting I have done, he was the very best!

BOB IS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL AND INFORMATIVE. HE HAD TO CONTEND WITH SOME "ARCHAIC" EQUIPMENT (AN OLD TURNTABLE) AND MAKE IT WORK WITH A NEW COMPONENT, AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT ALL WORK OUT.

JAY DID A NICE JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. THE COST WAS FOR LABOR ONLY (I ALREADY HAD THE REPLACEMENT LAMP AND AIR FILTER). I WAS CONCERNED THAT I MIGHT DAMAGE THE UNIT IN THE REMOVAL PROCESS AND APPRECIATED HAVING SOMEONE WITH EXPERTISE AVAILABLE TO DO THE TASK.

BOB AND TEAM DID A GREAT JOB OF PROVIDING ME ADVICE AND THEN COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
