Description of Work: I contacted another company to come out and assess the available space and configuration of the my entertainment center before I purchase a new TV. That company did not show up as scheduled. An hour later I called Tiger Systems. As they are close to my home, the owner offered to come out immediately. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and gave me a 20 to 30 min. free consultation. I am VERY appreciative and will definitely call them to hook up and rearrange the components in my entertainment center when I get my new TV.

Description of Work: After an unsuccessful experience with another company that left us with what we thought were no options, Bob Levell first recommended a company to repair a piece of equipment that was outside of his (and obviously the first company's) level of expertise. Once that was accomplished, he readily sent a skilled, courteous, "can do" person who connected our home stereo system. While this representative was on the premises, he was able to correct and instruct with regard to some connection glitches with regard to our DVD/CD device. He inspired confidence and we will keep this business card at the front of our reference file.
