They did a good job on rebuild the chimney but the clean up of the yard could have been better.

Although this was awhile ago, I recall that this service was more reasonably priced than others yet was done with complete care and professionalism.

Excellent! Was prompt and it looks great and stopped leaky chimney. I have a very old home -- 1910 and it looks great! I got another estimate that was much higher but was for a very custom job, so it wasn't really an apples to apples comparison. But with my Chimney not a major focal point, the very custom job was unnecessary...this repair was perfect!

Was told siloxane that was applied would give a slight sheen the next day it would rain but I did not notice . Also was no mention made that I should have been given a discount. I did give a call and hopefully that might happen.

The DM Thompson company tore the chimney down to the roofline and rebuilt it. They replaced the flashing. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

recommended a fix to the problem, said his guy would be out that week. Never came. Reached out several weeks later and was told that their worker was here but noone was home. I work from home and am home all day every day - noone called or even knocked on the door. They said he would come again and this time knock and call. He called, I was on a business call, but again, he never knocked. No followup from them when I left a message asking him to knock! I would have been able to let the worker in and provide input that was needed. Have given up at this point and am using another vendor. Unimpressed with responsiveness and professionalism.

That was great. My husband was very satisfied with how quickly they came out (the day after we called them), walked him through and showed him some things with a camera. They were thorough in explaining things to us.

They were okay, nothing special; nothing great and little overpriced. The quality of their work was good. The best part was their speed and punctuality. The worst part was being pressured to buy other services.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It's time to call him up and get another chimney sweep. He had a camera and everything that looked up the chimney. He was good, he was really good. He recommended some stuff and I think I'm going to get it done next month. He recommended some brick cleaning on our chimney. We are going to call him to do that.

They arrived promptly on the day scheduled for repairs.. They removed all of the bricks above the roof-line and rebuilt that portion of the chimney, then replaced deteriorating bricks on the rest of the chimney. The crew was efficient and the work was excellent. They cleaned up everything taking the old brick with them. They returned 3 weeks later after the mortar had cured and painted the entire chimney. We would definitely recommend them.
