THE TECH WAS VERY NICE. TOLD ME WHAT TO DO TO KEEP THE DOOR FROM ROTTING. MINDED HIS OWN BUSINESS. CLEANED UP WELL. LABOR WAS MUCH LOWER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIM.

I BOMBARDED THEM WITH QUESTIONS DURING THE INITIAL PHONE CALL. THE PERSON WITH WHOM I SPOKE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND EXTREMELY PATIENT. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND MADE THE REQUESTED REPAIR AND SEVERAL OTHER NEEDED REPAIRS. HE ACTUALLY WENT OVER THE ENTIRE DOOR LOOKING FOR LOOSE OR MISSING NUTS/BOLTS AND FOUND SEVERAL WHICH HE TIGHTENED AND/OR REPLACED. HE ADUSTED OR REPLACED A PROBLEMATIC ROLLERS. HE LUBRICATED ALL MOVING PARTS.THESE ADDITIONAL REPAIRS BEAR A CLEAR IMPACT ON THE IMPROVED OPERATIONS OF THE GARAGE DOOR. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.
