Description of Work: The garage door opener would not start after i changed batteries on keypad and resynched it. I called Thomas door and they suspected on the phone that it was a simple problem and walked me through fixing it on the phone rather than coming to my home and charging me. I appreciate their willingness to help over the phone and save me some money. This is the second time I've used them. The first time they came out and fixed a cable. I will definitely use them again

Description of Work: Pushed button on opener; told me I needed new opener and could immediately commit to a new opener for $400 or would have to pay for $68 service call on 11/30/07. Rep (#23) did not look at or lift or lubricate or adjust springs; was here 2 minutes and left. Competitor inspected for free, gave product info then did job for $375 and is highly rated by you.
