Excellent work. I had 2 other ppl come out to find leak & both left w/o being able to detect. Waterworks came right away, found & repaired the leak. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Chris was kind and professional. Explained to me all that he was doing and answered my questions. Wore a mask and put on shoe covers in my home.

it went great. Our tech was James and he knew his business and made me feel ok. I don't like dealing with gas but he has been in this for a while and he got it going. He knew what to do and was great. Someone on Nextdoor recommended Waterworks and now I have also recommended them. Thank you so much for having people of integrity.

After utilizing a camera, it was determined there were multiple blockages, one being the pipe was collapsed. Although the collapse could not be fixed at that time, Jose made several attempts to remove the other blockage by using a couple different methods, in order to allow at least some water to flow through the pipe. For the amount of time Jose was on site, and the amount of work he did, I feel the cost was worth the work. I now know where the blockages are, and can make the repairs. If I decide to hire someone to make the repairs, I will call The Waterworks.

Comfortworks was responsive both times we had to call, and had the part needed --twice, as the first was faulty-- faster than they or we expected. They came the same day it arrived at their office. Because all of this happened during our seclusion for Covid 19, it was equally important to me that they were prepared to do all the repairs without contact with us, and taking a lot of care in our home. Our relationship with Comfortworks began during our renovation, and we have been very happy with them for three years beyond the completion of our remodeling.

This was our second experience with The Waterworks and both times have been Exceptional! This time, Michael P. was our technician. He arrived on time, was super professional and respectful of our home and he even wore booties, a face mask, gloves and protected out kitchen floors with drop clothes. He also explained everything he was doing along the way, described why our problem occurred, cleaned our drain quickly and cleaned up afterward. We would HIGHLY recommend The Waterworks for plumbing problems in the Columbus area -- they are now our go to plumbers.

My water tank exploded at 4:00 am. I called WaterWorks, and Mick was there within an hour. As a newer home owner, this was the most disastrous and frightening experience I’ve ever had. Mick was absolutely amazing as he was exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind. He helped calmly guide me through the process while I was in a state of panic and disaster. I’ve worked with two other people from WaterWorks- neither which impressed me- but Mick is the reason I will call on him at WaterWorks for all future plumbing needs. Thank you, Mick. I appreciate you more than I could ever express.

Technician Bradley first cleaned all of the components, then discovered the thermoelectric coupler in the valve controller had defective threading and wouldn't make connection. He called around until finding a replacement in town. He picked it up, reassembled everything, and lit the pilot. Then triggered the burners on/off a couple times to ensure all was well. Patience, persistence and perseverance in a tight space, with a calm, professional demeanor. Big thumbs up!

Went very well and our tech Mike was not only very professional, but also very personable. He made recommendations that would save us time and money. Will hire them again if/when needed.

The office was excellent in responsiveness, scheduling and communication. Plumber Bradley was personable, professional, efficient, and fair in pricing adjustments. The work was not cheap, but a well run business with very experienced staff deserves it. I'm glad to have found my new go-to plumbing company.

Called Sunday morning when 2 toilets wouldn’t flush 💩. Technician arrived within 90 minutes, very knowledgeable and professional. Got plumbing functioning within an hour. More complex issues with plumbing. It was the first plumber to actually define why I have recurring issues.

Enjoyed the gentelman that arrived to do my estatement and he seemed well versed in what needed to be accomplished. He stated he was going to be out of town for the next month so I figured I would receive an estatement while he was out of town. I finally phoned when I figured he would be home and he announced he had just gotten back in town. It has now been two weeks since I spoke to him and still no estatement except for him stating over the phone that he would beat a competitors quote by $100. I'm sorry but that doesn't work for me. I prefer a written quote.

We had a water line break that needed fixed within two weeks per the water company. After calling many places, waterworks was very responsive and friendly. The price quoted was in our budget and competitive with others (actually a little less) so we chose them. We had the fix scheduled for a few days later. My only complaint is they showed up a half hour later than promised but they were polite and did the job so I won't complain about that too much. I remember the one worker's name was Cody, and he was very professional and helpful. We ended up paying less because they were hesitant about digging the entire line because it was so close to the gas line. So they just fixed the broken part. We're happy with their service.

Seemingly out of nowhere, we had a water line leaking in our basement. All we could tell was that it was a hot water line, and we were a bit frantic to have it fixed! Our usual plumber was booked until the next week and so was the second plumber we called; the second company suggested we try a larger company to improve our chances of getting on a schedule sooner. The Waterworks is known to us--their trucks and vans are all over the place--and after checking them out on Angie's List, we called them. They could come on Saturday but we would be out of town, so we decided to do an emergency/overtime service call to solve the issue same-day. As promised, I received a phone call once our tech was on his way; he arrived just before 10PM. Keith was super friendly and immediately found the source of our problem: a plastic tube that ran from our water heater to the humidifier unit on our HVAC system had split and was leaking. He advised that he could either patch it or, preferably, replace the plastic tube with copper. We elected to have the line replaced with copper since that's much more durable. He was confident he could complete the work within the one hour time frame (the stated cost of the service call), and he was right! Keith was awesome, and we really appreciated him taking the call and sorting us out.

They scheduled us immediately. The technician showed up promptly (right at the beginning of the 8am-12:00noon window), worked for 2 and a half hours, and soled the problem. He was polite and professional.

Great! It was late in the day but they sent a technician out by 6:30 pm and he found the problem and quickly fixed it. I was so grateful. Price was very reasonable.
