Description of Work: WE HAD A WATER LEAK UNDER OUR PRIVATE STREET. I CALLED SATURDAY EVENING, TALKED TO A DISPATCHER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS FOR THEIR COMPANY, AND WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS SERVICE MANAGER BOB MYERS WAS OUT TO EVALUATE THE SITUATION. HE BELIEVED THE LEAK WAS NOT SEVERE ENOUGH TO WARRANT THE EXTRA COST OF SUNDAY WORK, SO HE HAD HIS CREWS THERE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED BY EARLY AFTERNOON. THE TWO MEN SENT OUT MONDAY EXHIBITED EXTREME CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

Description of Work: CLEAN OUT SEWER LINE FROM HOUSE TO ALLEY. WATERWORKS HAS REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS UNTIL 9PM!! I WAS THRILLED AT THAT FACT ALONE. THEN, THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH GREAT FOLLOW-UP. THEY BILLED THE INVOICE AMOUNT TO MY CREDIT CARD TWICE, BUT REMOVED THE SECOND BILLING IMMEDIATELY SO THAT I ONLY SAW THE ERROR AND THE CORRECTION ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WHEN IT CAME.
